Beautiful Home in Coveted Flagstaff Neighborhood - Great for Long-term Guests -

Come enjoy some rest and relaxation in our beautiful 2-story University Heights home. You will find our 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom home perfectly appointed for your stay.

*Upon walking in, you will be greeted by the floor to ceiling handcrafted stone fireplace that just beckons you to come in and sit a spell. With a flick of a switch, or a touch of a button you can have the fire flickering and the 55" Samsung Smart LED TV buzzing. The house has been outfitted with YouTube TV, which is accessible in the living room and in each bedroom. The dining room seats 6 comfortably and provides a nice area to play games, do puzzles, or just converse with friends or family.

*The kitchen, with a gas range, side by side refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, has been stocked with all of the necessities to ensure an enjoyable stay--coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, pots, pans, bowls, etc. Enjoy coffee/tea at the breakfast bar or catch up on some work at the kitchen-side work station. Just outside the kitchen door is a nice deck with seating for 6 and a propane heater for outdoor cool weather chill time.

*Upstairs, you will find all three of the bedrooms. The master has been outfitted with a California King bed, Samsung Smart LED 40" wall mounted HDTV, a dresser, an expansive walk in closet which has a roll-out bed for ad additional guest. The master also a full bath with an over sized soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a Samsung LED 32" HDTV, a dresser, and a closet. The "kids" room has a twin bunk bed and a twin size trundle bed under the bunk bed. Also includes a small dresser, Samsung 26" HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player, and two side by side closets. If needed there is a queen inflatable mattress on site (located in the master closet). The other full size bathroom is adjacent to the bedrooms and has a shower/tub combo.

*Guests will have access to park in the over-sized 2 car garage-Please note that the driveway is on the steep side. Steps from our house is an entrance to the Flagstaff Urban Trail system, which provides miles of walking/running/biking paths. The neighborhood is great for walking or biking up to the nearby park/school.

*The location of our home provides you with easy access to both the I-17 and I-40. NAU is about 3 miles away. Restaurants, grocery stores (Bashas, Sprouts, Whole Foods) are all within 2-5 miles away. Sedona is a quick 45 minutes down the I-17 or an hour scenic drive down Route 89A.

*Cannot impress upon you how much there is to do and see within a couple hours of Flagstaff. Of course, there is no need to venture out that far, as the town holds a special "something" just outside the door!

Our furnished home is the perfect place for all weekly and/or monthly rentals.
During your stay at this holiday home, you'll be within walking distance of Flagstaff Extreme. A kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.

Looking for a great home away from home?
Quiet neighborhood, located 5 minutes away from NAU, which was very convenient for us because we were visiting my son at NAU. The location is 5 minutes away from Target, Walmart, and couple of grocery store options. The home is very spacious, and included all the amenities to make you feel comfortable during your visit! Mike, the property manager, was only a text away and he made sure that our access for check in was very easy! Great place to make you feel home away from home!

Wonderful in every way
Mike's home was the best vacation rental home we've stayed at. Super clean, beautiful, well appointed, great quiet neighborhood, and all the amenities and little things you'd ever need. Felt like a brand new home. Not to mention that communicating with Mike was a breeze - prompt, accommodating and friendly. Especially loved the clean crisp linens on every bed and fresh thick white towels throughout the house that reminded us of home. The unseasonably hot weather (low to mid 90s) in early July did make it a bit hard to keep the house cool during the day without A/C, but the multiple ceiling fans and opening the windows at night definitely helped. Would highly recommend Mike's home!

Superb Host and Beautiful Surroundings
What a great place for a group. There were 7 of us and the house was roomy and comfortable for everyone. Nice outdoor living amenities. The house is super clean, close enough to anything you need but just far enough out of town to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Will stay again!

Perfect base for visiting the Grand Canyon and exploring the Flagstaff area. The location was very convenient and a great launch point for all that Flagstaff has to offer. Great cozy home
We loved our stay at this property. Large space with cozy fireplace and a full stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Kids loved playing all the games and using the books. Fantastic Home and Location
This was our first time renting through VRBO and we could not have been more satisfied. The owner was very communicative during the entire process. The location of the home in respect to both Flagstaff and Sedona was ideal. The home worked very well for my family of four and could have easily accommodated more people. We could not have been more pleased. Flagstaff is a beautiful city and this part of the United States is a place everyone should see in their lifetime.

There are so many wonderful things to say about this home AND the homeowner. Everything needed for our stay was waiting there for us. We have stayed at may VRBO properties and this one just amazed us! The kitchen has everything from Crock pots to Ninjas to coffee makers to all utensils, pots and pans, dishes, glasses etc etc. There is no need to bring anything-its all there for you. The house is immaculate-clean, fresh, just like you are walking into a new home. The beds are comfortable, plenty of linens everywhere you look, towels, extra sheets, blankets and pillows. The view from the front of the house is wonderful- spent time looking at the tall pines and views of the trail system (right across the street). From the back patio you are surrounded by tall pines-our favorite part was listening to the wind blowing thru the trees. Even the garage was wonderfully clean and stocked with all kind of "Fun" things from the bikes, to the tubes for the lake, to kayaks to a pin ball table to a portable crib for babies. The location of the house is also a "plus". It is in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood and is very close to 89A, I17, Lake Mary and the city of Flagstaff. As for the homeowner- we have never experienced someone as professional as Mike. From the start his communication was excellent. He responded to any questions immediately. He is a man of integrity and we have the utmost respect and gratitude for all the he is and did for us while we were there. This is a one of a kind perfect home and we will be returning for many years to come.

Best Experience Ever!
This is our second time staying at this property. We just adore this home and all the amenities from the corn hole to the fully stocked kitchen ! Mike is fantastic and we felt fully prepared with his communication and expectations. As a runner there are trails right from the home and my kids beat me at foozball daily. We loved this home! It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for our family of two adults and three children. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and downtown Flagstaff. We loved the trail we could access right across the street from the home. We absolutely loved staying in this home. It is beautiful, modern, decorated lovely and I felt at home here. My kids loved cornhole and frisbee golf. The location allowed for running and hiking the trails. Lake Mary was awesome and so close. We were close to town which was great. Mike was excellent to work with. I would love to stay here again and hope to in the future.

Fantastic location--Beautiful and Clean Home!
Just what we were looking for--A beautiful home located off the beaten path and nestled in the pines AND a quick drive to the downtown area. The urban trail was a short walk across the street and the dead-end neighborhood made it perfect for outside play. The house was the perfect size for the 8 of us...and the backyard porch, window seats and fireplace made it truly feel like a vacation!

Beautiful home and great location!
Our experience at Mike's home was wonderful. We came to Flagstaff with high hopes of snow play and winter fun. Unfortunately, there was little snow to be had, but that didn't deter us from having a great time. Firstly, the house is in a great area. It is close to everything, yet feels "off the beaten path". We wandered the trail across the street and were able to find little patches of snow for my 3 year old to play in, which was probably just enough. We also found a little park within walking distance. The Grand Canyon was a quick 1 hour drive. The downtown area was minutes away. The house, itself, was immaculate. From kitchen supplies to linens, everything we needed for our stay was available. There was ample room for us, and we probably could have invited more. They had a Pak N Play onsite, which was great for my son. While we didn't use the back deck, it looked like it would be great for hanging out/eating on a nice evening. Bar none, the highlight of our stay, and the house, was sitting by the fireplace and hanging out. I loved that it could be turned on by a wall switch--and it actually provided heat. Overall, a great place, a great town, a great experience. Will definitely return--snow or no snow!
