Convenient and good for large family
Overall nice, and what we needed for a large family gathering. Very convenient to downtown Flagstaff. Furniture a bit worn, though perhaps understandable in the area given the climate and nearby recreation. Need a few more pieces of glassware. Upstairs A/C not strong enough for the space on a hot summer afternoon/evening. Thank you for the stay!

Ladies retreat
Wonderful place! The bunks were a little shaky and the outside noise in that room was pretty loud. Everything else was great! Make sure to double check the beds because they didn’t have to correct ones listed when we went. It was figured out though. Thank you again!

Nice practical place for big group but no AC can be a problem depending on time of year and "noise monitor" is a privacy issue. They may claim our group was over the top loud which was not the case at all, just friends telling stories in a hot tub.

Horrible stay for a $4500 rent!
HORRIBLE PLACE TO BOOK FOR AN EXPENSIVE PRICE! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! We have booked and FULLY PAID THIS PLACE 3 months prior to stay. We have EMPHASIZED in our GUEST LIST THAT WE HAVE 12 CHILDREN . GIVEN THAT in the listing, this place has NO AC, they should have been prepared to provide us with portable AC as they are aware of CHILDREN as part of our guest list and that there was a HEAT WAVE during our booked stay and the week prior too! WE WERE NOT COMFORTABLE AT ALL SLEEPING AT NIGHT WITH NO PROPER VENTILATION! 4 OF OUR KIDS HAD EPISODES OF NOSE BLEEDS JUST BECAUSE IT WAS WAY TOO HOT FOR THEM! Host replies half an hour to a day late. Property management has bad service for guests needs.

Flagstaff family trip
This property has some positive qualities but unfortunately a few negative as well. The inside of the property was clean and mostly updated. However the outside was very dirty and unkept. Despite the online description, it is not landscaped. There were many overgrown trees, weeds, cob webs, and just general grime. It was disappointing to say the least. Also there is no air conditioning which is a huge issue for Arizona hot weather and the windows are old and missing screens contributing to the heat issue. I would say there is still a lot of work that needs to be done in order to justify the price of the rental.
