When it’s time to turn in for the night, guests can choose from seven fabulous bedrooms. The primary ensuite bedroom features a king bed, flatscreen TV, a walk-in shower, and a double-sink vanity for added comfort. Bedroom 2 also offers a king bed and flatscreen TV, while Bedrooms 3, 4, and 5 each come with king beds for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 6 has a cozy queen bed, and Bedroom 7 is perfect for the kids, with two sets of full-over-full bunk beds. Several of the bedrooms are equipped with a work desk, making it convenient for any guests who are working remotely. Two additional full bathrooms with shower-over-tubs ensure that everyone has ample space and time to get ready comfortably!
The home also comes with a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer - perfect for doing a load of laundry after a day on the slopes or the trails.
Northern Arizona University (NAU) and several grocery stores are just a quick 10-minute drive away, adding to the convenience of your stay. Depending on what time of the year you are visiting, Flagstaff offers a variety of annual local events, including the Flagstaff Mountain Film Festival, Oktoberfest, the First Friday Art Walk, and festive winter holiday markets.

We love sharing our home with guests and kindly ask that everyone respects the quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. This helps us maintain a peaceful atmosphere and ensures we can continue offering our home without disturbing the wonderful community around us.
What's Provided:
The home comes fully furnished and includes a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in and begin your stay. Please remember to plan ahead and purchase any additional consumables you'll need for the duration of your visit.

• Parties or events are strictly prohibited.
• A maximum of 4 cars is allowed on the property at any time.
• Renters must be 25 years or older and must stay at the home for the duration of the reservation.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Check-in is at 4 PM (no exceptions).
• Check-out is at 10 AM (no exceptions).
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee.
• Pets are welcome with certain restrictions (pet fees apply).
