The Space:
When you walk in the front door, to the right is the living room with the fireplace and deck facing the 11th hole of the golf course and Mt Elden. To the left is the kitchen and 2 rooms, one with a king and one with a queen. As well as a bathroom at the end of the hallway. Upstairs is a loft with a king and a bathroom. Downstairs is a separate living room with a pool table, fireplace, pullout couch, and a separate reading room area. Down the hallway from that is a room with a queen and two rooms with two singles. Both upper and lower decks have sitting areas, and the lower deck has a hot tub and darts.

Mountain View happy place
We coordinated this as a family tradition trip amongst relatives with adults, kids and baby. This house was absolutely perfect. The kids got to play downstairs while the adults got to enjoy upstairs and admire that stunning mountain and golf course view. We appreciated how the house was stocked with kitchen essentials, comfortable beds, lots of sitting spaces for our big group and that great big deck to sit outside. The property management team was easy to communicate with, did a great outline of items and was quick to respond. We really liked this set up as it was close to flagstaff too. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Family Birthday Milestone Getaway
We had a great time at the property celebrating my father-in-law’s birthday! The pool table, hot tub, and view were a hit. Also the location near the golf course was perfect for us to walk over to the clubhouse. Not only did we have an infant with us, but we also needed an accessible bathroom on the same floor as the main room. The place could accommodate all of these needs and more. The only issue was that the burner on the left hand of the stove was out so we could only cook with two burners the entire weekend for a large amount of people. In addition, it was difficult to find the right kitchen utensils, bowls, plates, pans etc because it was a bit disorganized in the cabinets/drawers. We also had to re-clean a lot of it before we used them because they were dirty from previous renters. There were also only enough placemats for 4 people when the house is meant for a lot more. In general, we made great memories with the family and the place was great to us. We wish we could have stayed there longer!

Perfect home & location
A group of 9 stayed here and it was perfect in every way! Lots of room on both levels, plus the bonus loft! All the beds were super comfortable! The home was clean, decorated well, comfortable, plenty of supplies, towels, etc. The check-in process was a breeze, and communication before, during & after our stay was great. And the views from the big glass windows was fantastic! Would definately rent this home again!

Grand canyon getaway
Great home base for a birthday weekend with old friends. We hiked to Phantom Ranch and back on South Kaibab. Epic hike. And the house was the perfect place for us to land afterwards. Host was very accessible for any questions or concerns. Highly recommended.

Family Friend Weekend in Flag
4 families traveled to Flagstaff for the weekend to do the North Pole experience. The house accommodated 4 Families - each with a 2 year old - perfectly. We had a wonderful time and it was very close to where the shuttle picks up for North Pole Experience. The management property was easy to work with and the house had great amenities.

A most enjoyable stay
We enjoyed our stay. The property is beautifully located and roomy for all our needs. We had everything we needed, especially enjoying the scenery and even the wildlife by the cabin. One minor complaint: A cabin with 6 bedrooms could use an additional bathroom and the bathroom on the main floor was difficult to access for an elderly person. However, we worked around it and had a great time. We thank Kyle for his prompt responses.

We had a great time at this property. The house is spacious and open. You have great views of a golf course with the mountains behind. Multiple large outdoor decks with games and jacuzzi. The bathrooms are new and nicely designed. Would definitely stay again!

Kyle was easy to work with and the property was gorgeous. Only downside was two out of the three beds we used had spiders or some sort of bugs which kinda tripped us out but maybe it's just part of the whole cabin experience haha. The views were insane though well definitely keep in mind for future bookings
