Very welcoming!!!
We were 2 families, each with 2 children, and had an amazing time at this property. It didn’t feel like a rental! We felt welcome to use anything which is often not the case. Plenty of blankets and things to make us feel right at home! The kids loved the hot tub and the owner was very friendly and responsive.

Perfect Retreat After a Grand Canyon Adventure!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We recently stayed at this wonderful Vrbo property after an amazing hiking trip in the Grand Canyon, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained the property was. It felt like stepping into a home away from home. The attention to detail was evident, from the sparkling clean bathrooms to the fresh linens and towels provided. The amenities were perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals after long days of hiking, and we loved having the option to relax in the cozy living area. The comfortable beds ensured we had restful nights, which we desperately needed after our adventures! The property’s location was ideal—close enough to the Grand Canyon for easy access but also nestled in a peaceful area, allowing us to unwind. We truly appreciated the extra touches, like the outdoor seating area where we could enjoy our morning coffee. Overall, this property exceeded our expectations. Wonderful house for a family stay! Check-in was very easy and communication with owner was seamless. House was well stocked and we appreciated having coffee and condiments available. Furnishings were beautiful and the beds and linens were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and walked every morning. Shopping was close by and the downtown area is a quick drive. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Beautifully Remodeled Home
We rented this home in early April to be our home base for seeing both Sedona and the Grand Canyon. It was a once in a lifetime trip as my husband and I brought both our parents with us (6 people total). Kerry, was great to work with and warned us as we were flying in that it had started snowing in Flagstaff. The home was clean and had everything 6 people needed for the few days we were there. Check in and check out process were both great. They even provided a tray of goodies for us on our arrival. My only regret is not staying in Flagstaff longer but with this trip we were also traveling to Utah to see Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. If I were ever staying in Flagstaff again I would try to stay in this home!

Perfect home in a perfect spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood was charming with friendly people walking their dogs and children playing outdoors. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we could ever want. Our stay, from the moment of booking to check out, was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful home, stunning interior design ( our daughter was drooling about the “green kitchen “) , peaceful outdoor area, every little detail was thought of, super comfy beds and most of all, our host! Perfect in every way
I hesitate writing this glowing review as it will be increasingly difficult to secure this most perfect place going forward. Being full time residents of the valley and previous owners of a second home in wonderful Flagstaff, we still need a Flagstaff fix a few times a year to enjoy the cooler temperatures, innovative and diverse restaurants and overall green, progressive feel of this little city “up the street.” We have now found the perfect, most comfortable spot to stay when we invite another couple to join us. In a convenient, quiet neighborhood we didn’t know existed, this beautifully decorated, appointed and maintained property was perfect for our two couples as there were two bedrooms with king size beds one being en suite. From the outdoor hot tub, plenty of soft plushy towels and throws to basic condiments- we certainly felt at home at what will become our home away from home each time we need a fix of Flag. Kudos to the owner.

Spectacular property!
We loved staying at the house. It felt like it was right out of HGTV! Photos are spot on to the property and offerings. Hot tub and outdoor space was terrific. We'd give bonus stars if it were an option. Owner was great and super responsive. Located in quiet neighborhood. Easily accessible to Flagstaff as well as great location to get to Sedona, Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and more + the Flagstaff national parks for day trips. Highly recommend for any coming with family or friends trip.
