Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. With the the extra large floor plan there’s tons of space for the whole family vacation.

We are only a short 15 minutes south of chatanooga experience.

Up stairs hosts a large game room loft with air hockey, ping pong, basketball, ski ball, foosball and pool table downstairs in the main living area.

There are four bed rooms and 4 full bathrooms. Tons of bedroom and closet space.
We allow 14 guests to stay on the property.
Four bedrooms include a master with king bed, second with king bed, third room upstairs with queen bed and a forth upstairs with two full beds. Beds enough for 10 people and also plenty of living space for extra guests on comfy couches.
With a full wrap around porch, enjoy your coffee where you desire

It was okay
I believe this cabin deserves a truthful review my family and I have stayed in several cabins in the area and throughly enjoy this area and the surrounding areas. That said our overall experience with the cabin was good 4 bedrooms with the beds as described although a bit uncomfortable for some of our group I can’t fault anyone as everyone wants something different in there mattresses. PROS Beautiful cabin on a hill, well lit, Plenty of room Games for younger groups (ping pong,billards,air hockey and a basket ball game), Plenty of parking Easy access from the main road. CONS Although the cabin is beautiful it is not secluded (it is not off in the woods ) it is off of a main road (low traffic never busy). It is amoung several other homes/trailers and you do not have access to the ridge without walking through someone’s yard.The drive way is washed out. At the entrance and exit of the drive and can be challenging for smaller cars that sit lower We are a cooking family and became disappointed in the pots, pans, knives, and other kitchen items (the lack there of) for a small family who wanted a simple dinner they will work fine but as this is a cabin advertised for up to 14 people it did prove challenging to make breakfast and dinner for 7 The pool cue was broken, a fire alarm dangled by its wires above the stair case and the upstairs flooring was popping up and not secure in many areas. No TVs in the upstairs bedrooms. I messaged the owner about the pool que and got no reply

Family Christmas Gathering
A lot of space with 4 BR and 4 BA for extended family to gather. Game loft and Pool table was a big hit. Kitchen well equipped. Plenty of seating for dining. Able to bring our dog too. Would definitely stay again!

Family wedding trip
This house was the perfect size for our family and pets. It allowed all to have private space to rest and prepare for the wedding. The location was great for the distance to the wedding venue. The only thing that would have made it absolutely perfect is if it were located closer to the brow of the mountain and had a view from the beautiful wrap around porch.

Great place! Kids enjoyed the game room and the outdoors! Easy drive to the attractions and so much to do around this area, that we didn’t even know about! Only problem is the sewage and water at the house. Upstairs bathroom over flowed into the laundry room, when showering. Toilet in master bedroom continually had water leaking into the floor. The septic tank kept overflowing, small stinky stream running beside the house. But not so bad that we couldn’t stay outside. The house was not the cleanest, several cobwebs were found, blanket fell behind the couch and a huge glob of hair was on it. Overall experience was 7.5-8/10.

Fantastic place for the family
The kids all had a blast playing with the games and running around outside. More than enough room for the kids to play and adults to get to chat. Will definitely be back on our next tn trip.

Getaway cabin
One thing was the heat. Air conditioner not working good. Stayed 78-79 all day.ubtil after midnight. In th am was down to 72 but by 9 back up to 78 till after midnight. We covered all the windows had fans and I almost went to walmart to get a couple of portable units. The upstairs bed rooms had individual ints and they were not too bad. Did let host know sat. You could not cook or use stove much, because made it hotter. Also strong smell of seage on one side of cabin. This cabin was not secluded at all housesall around. You cold walk to the ridge across someone else's property and see a pretty good view. Floors were not clean there was a broom no dust pan no vaccum there were some mopping pads but no mop. I would have cleaned the floors. One tiny garbage can I guess 30 gallons. Well 11 people for 5 days have alot of garbage. The washer for whatever reason would not fill on hot water only cool or cold. Maybe we did something wrong. But would fill on cool not if turned to hot. The dishwasher was difficult and host responded about that and after some trying got it to work. The shower downstairs, well my wife took a cold shower first time because she could not figure how to turn the hot water on. Should leave instructions on how to use. Mattresses all covered in plastic. And they were not very comfortable. If trying to cook there is a lack of adequate pots and pans. One smoke detector hanging off wall. Games need attention also , like no tips on cues for pool table etc. More?

Pros: great house; great size, 4 BR, 4 bath; great porch; great game loft; nice size kitchen ; great toys for children Cons: septic tank overflowing into yard on arrival & took 2 days to remedy…terrible smell, children couldn’t play in yard. Furnishings were very skimpy; minimal kitchen supplies; tiny coffeemaker, 5 cup & single serve Keurig, no lamps…only overhead lights so we couldn’t read in bed or on the sofa. Upstairs beds were exceedingly uncomfortable & very loose & wobbly…was afraid every time I turned over there was risk of bed collapsing. Mildly disappointed considering the price

Family holiday gathering
The house is large and the game room was great. There were some minor glitches that if fixed would enhance the experience. The entry code needs to be corrected. Fortunately the owner responded quickly so all was fine. The shower required another call to find out how to get hot water. It could benefit by a refresh of kitchen and dishware. Fortunately my brother and sister live in the area so we borrowed what we needed from them and bought disposables so we made it work. I know not every guest is making Christmas dinner, but 3 coffee mugs for a house that sleeps 13 could use some inventory attention. The beds were comfortable and the appliances worked well. It would be a nice addition to put lamps on the bedside tables. It's a great house it just needs a little TLC to make it spectacular.

Great cabin but stinks outside
The cabin was just as advertised, clean and well maintained. However we did not get to enjoy the outdoor portion of the property due to an above ground septic leak. The smell was awful, the main part of the yard had running sewage running over it. Tried contacting the property manager with no reply. It is a great cabin inside but not safe to use porch or yard.

Friends Getaway
My friends and I had actually booked another VRBO, but were cancelled on, due to weather related property damage, so we were thrilled to find this spot! The house is like new and very well done inside and out. There are 4 full bathrooms that are very nice, and lots of closet space. The house does not sit on a bluff, but is close enough to walk up to see a beautiful view! Our host Kendall was very helpful with all my questions. We had a great stay!

Off the beaten path
To start, I had searched Chattanooga TN and somehow this listing popped up. It's in Flat Rock, AL. So I'm not entirely sure how that got crossed in my search. However it was no big deal. There was some trouble finding the place. I thought VRBO had given me the address but then when we were headed there I couldn't find it in my email or anywhere. I contacted the owner and she was very quick to respond and help us out. Which I can always appreciate! The cabin itself was awesome! Kids had a blast with the air hockey table and basketball game. We only stayed overnight and we didn't eat in so I don't know about the kitchen, however it looked fully stocked. And I loved that the owner left us some K cups and creamer for in the morning. There was also a bag of microwaveable popcorn which the kids ate and watched a movie. I thought that was a nice touch! All the bathrooms came with soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toothpaste! It was just these little extra details that I thought was absolutely wonderful! Would recommend!

Spacious cabin, but games left a lot to be desired
I want to start by saying that the cabin was very spacious, and the layout was perfect for our family. It was very clean, there was plenty of seating, and we felt safe there. The main reason we rented this cabin was for the games, but the skeeball machine was broken and the scoring on the basketball machine didn’t work consistently. It was also very hard to play ping-pong in the loft because the ball kept going over the edge. The pool table was a huge hit, though. We tried to run the dishwasher the first night and couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. The owner replied a couple of times, but then stopped replying about that, or anything else, so we were not pleased with the thoroughness of communication. The kitchen was not very well stocked and we couldn’t figure out how to turn the kitchen light off. There was also a faucet that was loose and a little hard to use. Our worst issue, though, was the rooster across the street who crowed all through the night every night of our stay. I know this is nothing the owner can help, but light sleepers might want to consider that. Also, if you want to enjoy the gorgeous, full wraparound porch, bring your own chairs.

Overnight stay
This was just an overnight stay but we enjoyed the cabin very much! With 12 of us we all fit comfortably! The neighbors roosters were pretty loud in the morning but we actually enjoyed them. The cabin was very spacious and we had everything we needed. Not the prettiest neighborhood but no people to be seen just fenced in animals to be seen and heard from time to time. Overall beautiful decor seem like most everything was brand new!

The cabin was very nice and plenty of room for our family. The host was very responsive. If I could make one suggestion it would be to put a curtain in the widow in the bathroom with the tub/shower combo down stairs. Other than the the cabin is great!
