Important Property Notes
• For safety concerns, swimming is not allowed in the pond.
• Seasonal Gas Fireplaces are not operational between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
• Please note that the top floor suite occupies the entire 3rd floor. There is no door separating this bedroom from the rest of the house, and the bedroom is located immediately at the top of the stairs.
