Everything was good, except the pool had no towelsand the pool itself had a bunch of hair and stuff floating around in it. But my biggest problem was your pool towels, they may as well be hand towels, definitely need bigger towels unless you are super skinny, so that was embarrassing but other than that our stay was good

On arrival no-one was at the front desk to check me in. Ten minutes later someone showed up. Told me that toom request was not available, but after asking again they were suprisingly able to find a room. I am a silver level member but not treated as such.
