This is a fun hotel with good service and very eclectic decorations. The breakfast buffet is also quite large. (One small issue in our room: it was heavily scented, which was hard to get rid of.)

This property had it all. The most unique hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Room was TOP, spacious, clean, super amenities, excellent bar, restaurant, breakfast, etc. And the underground parking garage was a true gem. Couldn’t find a negative thing to say about this place. Truly top notch. 🔝

This was one of my favorite hotels I picked on my Italy trip. I opted for a "Hell" room and the theming is TOP NOTCH! The hotel is located right near to a large piazza with plenty of eating, shopping, and social options. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and my room was amazing. The breakfast options were delicious and staff was very attentive. The front desk staff was helpful with suggestions for eating and places to go. If I go back to Florence, I will ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Wonderful stay all around and I have zero complaints.

When we check in front officer Michael said we are double up grade your room and ready to check in. However we realized the room was for handicap room with no shower door no divider btw toilet and shower booth. So hard to use it specially at night time….,

I absolutely loved this property. The lobby area and restaurant/lounge area are so inviting, and my room had an outdoor area with a hammock. The service was great and so was the food. Being able to grab an espresso in the snack bar was perfect, and the “message in a bottle” was a great way to engage clients. It’s close to everything and has parking. Will definitely stay again!

Hôtel eco-friendly
Quel bel hôtel, super bien situé près de la gare MS Novella et du centre historique. Si vous avez le soucis de l’éco-voyage, c’est pour vous. Le resto sur place pour le petit-dej et le dîner est excellent. 2 petits problèmes : le drain de douche bloqué qui a été rapidement réparé lors du signalement et le ménage qui n’a juste pas été fait l’une des journées où nous y étions (sur 3 nuits). Super belle vibe !

Very unique hotel. The Dante themed rooms make for a fun stay. Rooms are small but well put together. Loved the fun extras included with room. The “Hell” rooms are a bit on the dark side and can make things hard to see. This hotel is very well situated in central Florence and is close to all the attractions and shopping. If driving by car it is difficult to find and get to. The cafe in the hotel does great coffees and pastries and was our stop every morning . Enjoyed dinner at the hotel one evening and it was very good. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it. Would probably pick a “Heaven” room next go around. Make sure to catch a showing of Cinema Paradiso in the movie room.

The hotel is big with heaven and hell themed rooms. Breakfast has a good selection of hot and cold foods. They have a cinema room. Last but not least they have a fitness facility which has a sauna attached to it.
