Love this hotel! We arrived about 30 minutes before check in and our room was ready, so they kindly let us check in a little early. We also received a bottle of wine (status with Expedia). The room was clean and spacious! We loved the breakfast. Delicious! We also liked that they have a happy hour with a complementary drink. Overall, this was a great choice and we would stay here again :)

Hotel is minutes from the main train station. Close to everywhere. You can walk to the Duomo and most of the places of interest. Breakfast spread is quite ok. My room is small but good for a single traveller. For food, may have to walk back to the train station or Duomo area for more choices. Buy overall, great hotel.

Amazing hotel!
Located very close to the train station, this hotel is incredibly convenient. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel has a great ambiance. I learned that the building dates back to the 1700s, which adds a unique charm. The front desk staff is excellent, and I couldn’t be happier with my stay!

Solid choice for a stay in Florence!
Great location, close to the train station and near sites. Clean and quiet (in spite of busy street and construction outside). Elevator, which is important for those with mobility issues. Friendly staff.

Walls of rooms extremely thin - I could hear the ppl in the next room talking - which made me very aware of trying not to make noise Very prompt reply to my complaint of water being cold. And to be fair - it just needed to run for longer - but literally someone was up to my room in less than 10 minutes- very impressed with that. Everyone friendly and helpful. Overall no problem except having mosquitos in the room. Also there was little smell in the room. Maybe due to old building. It wasn’t too bad. It’s convenient location though and breakfast included.
