Great hotel but hard to sleep w/ambient noises.
Location, great. Staff, wonderful. Breakfast, pretty good. Only complaint is that the two floors of the hotel are under an apartment building and the floors above love moving furniture around at odd hours. The beds and room were really good hit lots of building sounds kept us up at night.

Great location on a quiet street 5 minutes walk from the train station. Small hotel with all comforts and very cordial and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet includes salads, in addition to the usual.

Excellent property - elegant and well kept. Professional and friendly staff - even when I was a fault! I was but anxious it was TOO close to the train station but the room was perfect, the street was quiet and the restaurants within 5 minutes were great. No need to look further into town

This property is perfect for a city break in Florence! It is a less than 5 min walk from the tram station and is in walking distance to all the main attractions in the city. The room was spacious with a modern feel and the breakfast included was really nice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is within 5 min walk from the train station and about 7 min walk to the main plaza. The suite was very spacious and clean. There was a small convenience store right around the corner and many restaurant options all around. The staff is very attentive. We definitely recommend this hotel.
