Atelier delle Grazie exceeded our expectations on all fronts! The staff was incredibly helpful, the area is full of great places to eat and near all the major sight seeing destinations, and the room was a very clean welcoming environment! Would recommend staying here to family and friends alike

The hotel was in an incredible location, staff was so friendly and helpful, great ambience, great service, helped with restaurants, parking, very responsive via text. The room Was spacious and bathroom was large. Both very clean. Looks newly remodeled. Very secure and safe. A Little hard to find, but once you get your bearings, very easy. Arranged parking with hotel. Prior to arrival, very easy and close. I highly recommend this small boutique hotel.

Super convenient location. Quiet but also 5 minute walk away from the main areas. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and helpful, and accommodation was clean and very comfortable. Would definitely come back!!

We had the room with twin beds. It was small but still roomy where you didn’t feel cramped. The check in was seamless as was checkout. Very kind and helpful staff. The hotel set up a driver to pick us up and take back to the airport at 4 in the morning for a reasonable fee. The All’Antico Vinaio sandwich shop made popular on Instagram is steps from your door. Train station is only a 20 min walk. Excellent location to everything. Very clean & always felt safe. I highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel was beautiful and the location could not have been better! Super close to main attractions and the popular sandwich shop, All’Antico Vinaio. The owner is super sweet, extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. I could not recommend this hotel more for your stay in Florence!

A very nice boutique hotel. Great arrivall hospitality. Quaint , clean and comfortable room. Walking distants to the Uffuzi and other galleries. Convenient transportation service. Cons. No window views However, I would stay here again.

I loved that this property was close to all the major museums. There are lots of dining/shopping options near by. The room was a good size and was very clean. Kate was welcoming and provided great info on places to visit. As a solo traveler The only thing I didn’t like and I don’t think I noticed on the website is there’s no front desk service provided after hours. After 4 or 5 pm I believe if anything is needed you have to call for assistance. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, I think it would be great if those details could be added on the website. While I felt safe, the hotel is in a secluded alley, I think it would be a bonus if there was at least one staff in the front especially late at night. The other issue was there was a weird cracking sound coming from the roof of my room. It was almost all night which made it hard to sleep. I called to report it and didn’t hear back from reception. Overall the value for the room was great, decor was pretty, but I wouldn’t stay there again for the issues I mentioned above.
