The Room
The room was too hot, I opened the window however it was very noisy, I did not sleep well. There were no drawers to put clothing so we had to live out of our suitcases however, There was no room for the suitcases The armoire is too big for the room, a smaller piece of furniture with drawers would be more useful

Hotel was decent but felt underwhelming for our honeymoon stay in Florence. We booked a superior room but we were put in the very back of the hotel and our window faced a dark alley. Didn’t feel “superior” or particularly memorable, but the service was acceptable and room was well decorated and kept clean.

This is a nice property . Very well taken care of and very clean. Staff is very attentive and accommodating. Typical “basic” room is just a bit bigger than the queen bed, very nice modern bathroom. Don’t expect Much room to move around once in this “basic” room. Other than a free bottle Of Chianti, not sure what the VIP special access got me. Enjoyable stay. Thank you .

Highly recommend Hotel Bernini
Beautiful historical, walking distance to all monuments. Spacious, comfortable well-appointed room and bathroom, felt like our own mini suite! Staff were super friendly and attentive. Lorenzo in the reception took care of our transfers and excursions around the city , as well as a rental car for an exhilarating day in beautiful Tuscany vineyards. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very helpful and accommodated my vegetarian diet. Hotel Bernini more than exceeded my expectations and made our stay in Firenze especially memorable.
