Terrible experience. The worst place I ever been. At the front desk the guy told me the room was not tv. But that was nothing, the room was full filthy and the bathroom was from a horror movie, no paper, the floor and bathtub full of stains and mold. The hallways full of trash. That place should be closed by the city and removed from the Expedia app. A terrible experience for any user.

Room Smelled of mold, bathroom wasn't cleaned properly/ mold on shower curtain and tile. Had no cable or internet service in any rooms. didn't stay at the Clarion, moved across the street to another location.

Our stay at the clarion was terrible. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Had to wait for room to be ready. Ac in lobby was broken. No access to breakfast due to it being filled with pallets and boxes. Apon check in was told to pick between 2 rooms. Went to first room and it was dirty bed not made, bathroom was dirty, food left in fridge, towels were wet, hotel phone was broken no dial tone, random beer cans in hallways/stairs, roaches everywhere, several other people trying to check in had several complaints, red flag right away. Pool was green. Worst hotel ever. Shut it down as soon as possible.

Also, smoke detector was covered with tape that has been on for so long it would not come off without damaging the wall. 1. Angry customer screaming at employees over stained sheets 2. Pool is not usable and was offered under amenities one of the main reasons I booked 3. She had to check room with us and ask us to try toilet and shower 4. Another customer had a problem with the toilet leaking and they did nothing 5. Toilet and shower disgusting would have to wear shoes while showering 6. Bed had spot on sheets and hair 7. There was trash in walk ways and in front of our door to step over 8. Bar, free breakfast and restaurant we were going to eat dinner at and everything was under construction 9. We used your website to rebook and would like a refund 10. TVs were not working in any room
