Wouldn’t stay here again :(
The only positive thing was the staff was very kind. The rooms were extremely tiny (and I get Italian rooms are small but this was unbearable). The walls were paper thin so you could hear neighbors talking in their rooms and we were woken up every morning super early by people in the hallways. The bathroom was extremely tiny and the toilet was a nightmare to flush. Had to get it serviced twice. I felt like I was in a hostel. The mattress was sinking in the middle and super hard. I slept awfully every night. I would have switched hotels if I could have. Sadly i would never stay here again.

A great hotel in an smazing location. 5 minutes walj to train and to Duomo. The only problem was that the hairdryer was not working well.

We had a wonderful stay in GLOBUS Urban hotel. The location is convenient and safe to walk to the tourist attractions nearby. The room is super clean. The staffs are all very friendly and helpful. I would come back to stay again.

Very uncomfortable beds and impossible to regulate the room temperature since is regulated by a computer. The heater was set up at what felt like 78. AC was not available because it was wintertime.

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. I loved the morning breakfast options. My favourite part was how centrally located this hotel was. It made it so easy for me to pop back in for a break throughout the day. Very eco friendly and comfortable accommodations. Would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel with friendly staff
The hotel was centrally located - everywhere was walkable, close to the station and sights. The staff were lovely, they even gave me a bottle of wine to celebrate my birthday. The room was nice and clean, the only problem was the broken bathroom door. Breakfast was nice and they gave us a goody bag on our last morning. I would definitely stay here again.
