HHB moved us to another hotel because the bathroom was broken beyond repair & no extra room available for us. The hotel that HHB arranged for us was quite far away from train station, We carried large luggage, I booked HHB mainly for its very close proximity to train station (I can pay much less if I stay away from train station)! The hotel in poor condition, we waited at lobby & called desparately for >5min before the concierge show up, 2 broken lamps in the room, very weak air-conditioning (in mid summer, no fan in the room), dusty bed sheet, poor breakfast. It was not of the same standard as HHB, and we found out that hotel's room rate was only half of HHB. I very much want a partial refund.
