It is located in a privileged area, it is beautiful the building, it lacks some maintenance, but access is necessary to enter a ZTL and the hotel is not responsible

My friend highly Recommended me to book this hotel, especially we have 2 sons at 11 and 14, it is not easy to book quadruple room in Italy. I love this hotel, great location with 10 minutes walking to the train station, 6-10 minutes to Uffizi, Gallery of the Academy of Florence, and Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore(Duomo). The room is really big, and washroom is very comfy. The only thing bothered me is the music and song lasted very late every night from the square downstairs.

I'll be back!
This was my second stay at the Holtel Pendini and I will definitely be back next time I am in Florence. The hotel is lovely and in a convenient location to see the sights. The staff was super helpful. They went above and beyond when I got sick on this trip and needed a doctor. He came right to the hotel. I can't say enough great things about the Hotel Pendini!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We booked a family room, it was huge and spotless. Staff were amazing and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. The hotel is also close to all attractions. We would definitely return.

This hotel is right off the Piazza Repubblica in Florence so it was so convenient to everything you could possible need. There is tons of high end shopping all around and restaurants (and gelaterias) galore. The building was tucked around the corner so it was quiet and the hustle and bustle of the Piazza never bothered us. The room and bathroom were big and clean and the breakfast was delicious. The building was lovely and historic and lobby always had some drinks and biscuits out for guests which were very much appreciated. I highly recommend this property.

Love the location and great breakfast. Rooms are very comfortable. We stored our luggage at the hotel for a few hours after checking out. A phillipino (i think) gentleman at the breakfast room was super friendly and smiled all the time.

We just had the best time. It was very convenient to everything especially shopping and the square, the museums and duomo are all walkable.
