We've just returned from our stay at Hotel Zanobi 45. The staff were faultlessly efficient and kind, resolving an issue with the air-con while I was out on my adventures. Its well located for the very walkable city of Florence. That said you should consider that the savings you make in booking do come at the normal things you would expect of a city centre hotel, for example some street noise and perhaps not the most considerate of fellow travellers late at night. The hotel are kind enough to supply earplugs to mitigate this. Overall though it didn't negatively impact my stay, as we were using the hotel as a base for discovering Florence and surrounding Tuscan towns only returning after a thoroughly tiring day (or to stop off for a shower due to the heat). The bottles of water for your room and tea, coffee and biscuits in the gathering spot behind reception were a lovely touch. The late check-in method was easy to follow. A clean and safe place to stay close to get started exploring straight away each morning. Thank you for having us.

Air conditioning was not working so we had to leave the windows open at night to cool off the room. The area was very noisy until late at night and then again early in the morning. Other than that the room itself was comfortable, clean, spacious enough. It was close to all the major sites and restaurants. The staff were wonderful! It was also close to laundry and the train station!

Wonderful hotel and front-desk staff

The lady on the front desk when we arrived and when we checked-out was extremely friendly and helpful. It really made our stay even better. The rooms are very comfortable and modern, yet the building is very charming and has a typically Italian old-world feel. Highly recommend this place and I hope to return when I visit Florence again :)

Vacation spot to make enjoy !

We were very happy with the personnel all were excellent taking care of our ever need. We came in on a day that was very cold so they provided us with a potable heather to make it more comfortable. The receptionists were amazing!!! So sweet and so helpful! super eager to help us find cool things to do! Great affordable option for your stay in Florence!! We’re from Canada and like a cooler temperature in our rooms. The AC in the rooms here was excellent and kept us comfortable during our sleeps. 15-20m max walking distance to most of the main sights in the city. Cafe Noir is a stone throw away from the Hotel and is a good quick and easy option for breakfast/coffee with good service. Highly recommend Hotel Zanobi!!!

This is a hidden gem in Florence. Centrally located, close to the train station, lots of nearby restaurants and cafes. Very clean and well maintained property. Very friendly staff. Coffee machine, filtered water fountain and fruits and muchies were appreciated. Just make sure it is 45 in black number when you are looking for this place. Apparently, shops are in red number and the residential buildings are in black number. Google Map let me down. I would come back to this place.

Decent overall stay. Close to restaurants and cafe

Walking distance from the train station and close to many restaurants and cafes. Rooms have been renovated. Washrooms are a bit old and small. A/C works well and beds are good. Few small issues with one of rooms where the washroom door wasn’t closing properly. Coffee machine and water bottle machine were awesome. Overall pretty decent if you are not to picky.
