The staff were very friendly and helpful! Any requests were met immediately. The amenities such as the spa and plunge pool were great additions! There’s a restaurant in the hotel and their breakfast was very reasonably priced with decent selection! I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Florence!

Amazing hotel with great facilities and staff! A few highlights. Attached gym is only 10 euros and is 24 hours. The restaurant is lovely - great breakfast and we also ate dinner one night which was so good. Nice menu and some great staff! The staff sorted all our taxis for us and were always there to help. Location wise, only a short 15 min walk from the centre of Florence - which means you can have an extra scoop of gelato!

We had a wonderful four-night stay at the IQ Hotel Florence. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even arranging a cab for us at 3:30 am for our early departure. The hotel is modern and eco-friendly, making us feel good about our stay. It was the perfect way to end our trip, offering just the right mix of luxury and comfort. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and sustainable stay in Florence!

As much as we enjoyed our stay here it was a 15-45 minute walk to all the sites in the area. 20 minutes to train station. Nice breakfast, hot tub, health club. Most restaurants beyond the hotels were 8 minutes plus away. Room was clean and staff serviced it every day if wanted.
