We had a lovely 5 day stay. The hotel’s garden and pool are a gem find in a city location. Close to city centre, so everything in walking distance. The hotel is right opposite a park too. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had an initial problem with our room, but it was quickly and generously sorted.

Our amazing stay in Florence
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay, the staff were really helpful and friendly. The rooms were very comfortable, lovely bed. A really nice touch a complimentary bar. Hotel was located in a very accessible part of Florence. The pool and gardens were wonderful especially when you had been out all day soaking up the beauty of Florence. Would recommend this hotel.

Property isnabout a 20 minited walk to all the shopping, but there are some great restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The area outback of the hotel isextremely peaceful city several seating areas and a pool. Overall the hotelbwas extremely nice with great accommodations!

This is a beautiful hotel with a nice breakfast and a gorgeous spa. You have to reserve the pool because it is small. The staff was very welcoming and our room was lovely with a little private patio area. It was in a great location too.
