The staff were excellent, the hotel was amazing!! Location absolutely perfect!!! The attention to detail was superb. I can’t say enough good things about the staff everyone was absolutely the best!!! There was one particular young lady that was beyond helpful and sweet!!! Loved it, they truly made our stay one to remember!!! Thank you so very much!!! Florence is amazing!!!

Nice stay in a centralised location
Hotel is in an excellent location about 15 mins walking from train station and near to most attractions. Hotel is nice and staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, clean and spacious - wouldn’t say luxury but ideal if you want something centralised. Only one criticism was my daughter has a peanut allergy so we asked for no peanuts in the room which there was on arrival even though mentioned on booking 😌

We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. We had a spectacular view of the dome. While they do not garntee you will have that view... Based on their service I believe they will make every effort to provide it.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Florence. I highly recommend San Firenze Hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel team and we could have not asked for better service. The hotel is located in the heart of Florence and offers the most spectacular city views. We stayed in the presidential suite that featured 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 terraces. Absolutely perfect
From check in to check out this hotel is perfect The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and everything was very fresh The hotek is situated in the centre so walking distance to everything but extremely quiet Our room was large with a beautiful view. I cannot recommend this hotel enough
