It goes above and beyond for the expectations for a 2 star hotel. Also it has free parking , which in Florence is great. Breakfast was good and varied. The area is beautiful, calm and silent, we really slept well and our room was warm in a cold winter night. It’s basic but what do you expect from a 2 star place? It has some common area in the outside, which is ok for summer. But it need means of transport for Florence, so if you go out at night you’ll have to take a taxi (20 euros). This place is best enjoyed if you have a car and you are not planning on drinking out.

Beautiful location. Decent room size. Firm beds. Lovely view of Florence. A little dorm-like but confortable. Just outside of the city (15 minute bus or taxi from central train station). Decent breakfast.

This “hotel” was more like a old hospital. The layout was super weird and did not resemble a hotel at all. The rooms were tiny and very basic, beds were extremely uncomfortable and there were no basic ammenities. Not even soap in the bathrooms. The location is around a 20 min bus ride out of the city - it’s a nice area but not close to anything. I really would not recconebd staying here to anyone

The staff at the property were good. Air conditioning is advertised but it was terrible and the room never cooled down even when left on permanently. You can hear everything with adjacent units to the side and above. Beds were terrible (noisy and old mattresses). There is no fridge or any kind of amenities common in a hotel room. The breakfast was okay with pastries and fruit and drinks. Worst stay during our trip across Italy.

Lovely hotel and surrounding area, very near to bus stop to get into town. Room was ideal and air con essential. Only issue I had was mosquitos in my room, if you’re going here I’d advise bringing bug spray. I didn’t and was bitten a lot.

I wasn’t interested in staying in the busy city. This hotel Was perfect for my needs. It’s a brief stroll to the No 7 bus which basically stops everywhere you’ll want in the city. In a pinch it’s walkable within 50 mins if you are in shape. The place is spotless and quiet. Situated in the hills. You can do a 7km hike up the mountain to a small village for amazing pizza and views. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Loved the hard boiled eggs and toast. The coffee machine makes everything you can imagine. They sell tickets for the bus at the front and even refunded me for unused tickets I turned in at the end of my trip. One warning: this place like every other place I’ve found in Italy doesn’t actually have laundry facilities onsite. You have to give your laundry to them for service.
