Uma ótima experiência desde o início. Funcionários prestativos, comidas e bebidas de qualidade e uma gama de opções muito boas. Adoramos conhecer o complexo Costão do Santinho . Acomodações confortáveis e limpas , com ampla vista par o mar. Muitas piscinas, duas aquecidas e algumas climatizadas.Achei que o piso próximo à piscina aquecida deveria ser mais áspero pelo risco de acidentes. Lugar lindo, muito integrado a natureza, com belas trilhas e praias.

O resort é maravilhoso em todos os sentidos. Mesmo com o clima chuvoso e frio, havia agenda com diversas atividades de entretenimento na área social coberta. Sem chuva as opções aumentam. Tivemos um problema com o aquecimento da agua em nosso quarto no dia da chegada e no dia do checkout. Apesar do transtorno, em ambas as ocasiões o problema foi solucionado. Destaque especial para a equipe de recreação infantil e para as apresentações noturnas no teatro. A Companhia de dança que se apresenta é incrivelmente competente.

Estivemos hospedados, casal e dois filhos, durante o feriado de corpus christi. Por conta do feriadão o hotel estava lotado. Por conta disso ocorreu muito tumulto durante I café da manhã e almoço. Era constante a falta de louças e talheres, e o número de atendentes era insuficiente para atender a todos. As instalações sempre bem limpas. Muita coisa precisa ser renovada. A programação musical neste feriado, rock weekend, estava excelente.

Queria salientar o bom atendimento do José da recreação (adulto), as meninas do Costão kids, Maicon (concierge), pessoal da nutrição. Vcs fizeram a diferença na nossa estadia! Aproveitando, vou deixar algumas considerações do que acho que poderia ser melhorado: - Quarto: muito bom, com exceção das muitas formigas. - Restaurante: . Raríssimas vezes algum garçom se prontificou a colocar o cadeirão para nosso filho (nós mesmo tivemos que procurar, limpar e pegar) . Cadeirão sempre estava sujo - Restaurante Vitoria (almoço em 16/5): foi aberto somente este restaurante e havia um evento em andamento. Restaurante lotado, inclusive com hospedes fazendo fila para poder almoçar. Na minha concepção, deveria haver uma melhor organização e não super lotar. - Copa Baby: sentimos falta de uma copa 24h com frutas e leite disponíveis. Toda vez que eu precisava de leite para meu filho, precisava ficar pedindo para um funcionário do bar. - ⁠Central de hóspedes: 2x eu passei e me deram informação incorreta. Exemplo: perguntei se havia café da manhã no Vitória e me informaram que sim, chegando lá estava fechado. Tive que voltar para ir ao outro restaurante, tudo isso com uma criança pequena no colo. Acredito que a cordialidade e exatidão na informação precisam melhor muito.
