Tudo o necessário
O imóvel é compacto, mas tem tudo o que se precisa. O proprietário e a imobiliária nos atenderam cortesia e gentileza. Diferentemente de muitos imóveis, quando chegamos estava preparado para quem chega de viagem: sabonetes, papel higiênico, detergente... Tudo de boa qualidade. O imóvel é limpo, bem cuidado, e atendeu perfeitamente às nossas necessidades. Lençóis e toalhas são organizados no ropeiro para que você encontre tudo rapidamente (feito pela Rosa Maria). A decoração é singela, mas de bom gosto. O mar fica a poucos metros e, ainda, há farmácia e mercadinhos aos que você pode ir a pé. Neste tempo de pandemia, foi importante que uma casa é bastante afastada da outra, e há espaço para dois carros ou mais. Se vê que o proprietário, seu Frederico (que já entrou em contato antecipadamente) é daqueles proprietários que investe no imóvel, para que você volte. E voltaremos.

CASA VERDE É NOTA 10
Em 2011 vim com minha família pela 1a. vez e gostamos tanto que voltamos agora. O imóvel é exatamente como descrito, muito limpo, cozinha com utensílios e churrasqueira. Os quartos são amplos, com ar condicionado e farta roupa de cama e toalhas de banho. O dono do imóvel é muito atencioso, o que facilitou a estadia. A localização da casa é excelente, próximo da orla e do Centro comercial dos Ingleses, o que nos permitia o deslocamento a pé. Super recomendo e espero não demorar tanto a voltar!!! Obrigada pela estadia Sr. Frederico!!!
