Pegamos o quarto duplex superior. Muito amplo e de acordo com o acordado estruturalmente. Dos dois chuveiros presentes no apartamento, um deles apresentava apenas água fria e o outro que era da água quente apresentava falha nos pontos de saida de água. A dona disse que vai efetuar os reparos necessários para os próximos hóspedes

Tudo ok
Lugar simples, necessitando de manutenção. Mas ocorreu tudo bem, tem ar condicionado, TV, geladeira, pia e mesa. Cama simples mas deu para dormir bem. É como um kitnet. Então serviu bem ao propósito. Foi uma boa estadia. Os únicos problemas que alguém pode se incomodar são: - Banheiro com um pouco de cheiro que volta. - Embaixo tem uma revendedora de bebidas que fica um pessoal até tarde fazendo barulho e o som passa fácil e se ouve tudo. Mas mesmo assim dormimos bem e foi uma boa estadia com bom custo-benefício. Recomendo.
