Achei a estadia mediana, na verdade me colocaram em um flat no quarteirão ao lado do hotel, tinha que ficar me deslocando para o hotel no café da manhã e algumas vezes estava chovendo, isso era desconfortável; sozinha tinha que levar minhas malas até o hotel para poder chamar Uber. O café da manhã era tarde (07:30h), visto que os passeios e excursões começavam mais cedo.

As fotos são reais mas oq me incomodou na estadia foi que logo que chegamos o ar condicionado fazia um barulho, um ronco, pedi pra consertarem e até onfim da estadia não foi resolvido. A televisão mal pegava canais locais. A limpeza deixou a desejar, teve um sabonete derretido no box que ficou durante toda a estadia... O café da manhã não era ruim mas com poucas opções, e alguns funcionários (sempre de mal humor), soube que o restaurante era terceirizado. Alguns funcionários do hotel pareciam que ficavam fiscalizando e vigiando os hóspedes, além de mal responderem as pergutas alem de estarem de cara feia. A piscina aquecida, durante toda a estadia, estava com a agua turva. Um dia decidimos comer no quarto e quiseram cobrar por um conjunto de garfo e faca e não nos forneceram prato, achei um absurdo. Tive que pedir no restaurante que era terceirizado. Um funcionário do mesmo me arrumou os pratos e talheres, gratuitamente. Tem uma máquina para comprar bebida que, além de caro, teve um dia que estava quebrada. Em resumo hospedagem com potencial, porém precisa de menos vigia e mais manutenção e tratar melhor o hóspede.

Ficamos no anexo ao hotel, ou seja, não ficamos hospedados no hotel, e sim numa residência próxima, porém, essa informação não estava no site da compra. Aí no café da manhã nos deslocamos até o hotel, e para usar as piscinas. A residência estava limpa e era confortável. O site também diz que tem estacionamento gratuito, porém estava cheio, tivemos que deixar o carro na rua. Piscina térmica muito boa.

Piscinas aquecidas, é o diferencial. Café da manhã razoável, podiam melhorar a qualidade dos sucos e colocar torradeira disponível. Quarto com bom espaço, cama confortável, porém são 2 colchões de solteiro e não casal.

Para lazer uma excelente opção
Ja me hospedei algumas vezes nesse hotel, e até fiquei com receio de ir esse ano devido a varios comentários ruins que li, mas para mim foi uma grata surpresa o hotel esta passando por melhorias e claro que toda reforma causa transtornos mas nada que me incomodou, ficamos num quarto que ja passou por reforma e ficou muito bom, a única ressalva seria melhorar a persiana corta luz que devido a iluminação da rua acaba entrando claridade a noite. As piscinas termicas e jacuzzis estavam com uma temperatura otima, a maior parte do tempo com funcionario salva vidas. O atendimento foi maravilhoso da recepção, lavanderia e camareiras. Cafe da manha compativel com o valor das diárias. Para mim continua sendo uma ótima opção principalmente para quem vai a lazer. Melhor custo benefício para o complexo de piscinas da região. Recomendo. Quem espera muito precisa ir para um hotel 5 estrelas, o Tropicanas atende com excelência na sua categoria.

O hotel é muito bom, a piscina aquecida estava na temperatura boa, mas não tem escada para descer e houve um acidente. No quarto, o ar condicionado estava fazendo barulho e o telefone não tinha linha.

O quarto que fiquei necessitava de reformas. Ar-condicionado muito antigo sujo e barulhento, optamos por não utilizar. Banheiro muito sujo. Tampa do vaso quebrada. Café da manhã sem nenhuma variedade. Várias vezes não tinha ovo, por exemplo. Proibido entrar com bolsa no restaurante, achei isso estranho. Check out às 10, impossibilitando praia ou piscina neste dia.
