It would be more comfortable to have newer furniture. Seemed to be a little worn. The master bedroom and bath was great! There were a few minor issues the worst being the heat ventOver the bunk beads. It was too hotMost of the time to sleep there because it was broken. Overall it was a great place though.

The property was very nice. Location was amazing. All of the shops and restaurants were amazingly close. Very walkable and safe. The inside of the unit was clean and had plenty of space. The interior was a bit dated but clean. The unit gets a little hot at night and they have a rule not to set the thermostat below 72. That was probably the only negative. The rental company was very easy to work with. Overall a very good experience. I would stay there again.

Condo is “worn” and would benefit with a fresh coat of paint to make it appear less tired. Living room furniture is older, and not comfortable. Beds could also use new pillows and mattresses. Even though it needs some TLC, spruce up, I would stay here again. Condo has a great layout. Perfect location to beach and Center street shops and Restaurants. Charleston is a easy 20 minute drive The Rental company was really nice to work with

Great unit and perfect location
We spent 2 weeks at the condo with our college age children and had a great time. The location was perfect - across the street from the beach and close enough to Center Street to walk to the restaurants and shops yet far enough not to hear any noise. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Property was nice good location. However, it would have been nice if the management company had let me know. There was major construction going on in the building right beside us? This wasn't issue all week as they started work at seven am every morning and continued all day. Therefore we were all waking up super early every day of our vacation as well as the infant we had with us could not get good naps during the day. Due to the constant banging and drilling and pressure washing. We would have definitely moved our reservation to another location had we known. I did contact management and they just told " yes they start early every day"

Great Location
We come to Folly every year for the Flip Flop Drop and this condo was in the perfect spot. It was a quick walk to Center Street, shops, and the NYE excitement. Being 2 story, it was plenty of space for our group to hang together while also having separate spaces to chill and decompress. Would definitely book here again!

Always a great stay
This was our second summer stay at this place and we very much enjoyed it again. Everything we needed for our trip was accommodated. with little to worry about. It is perfect location to main strip, beach and all restaurants. Great for families with young kids. We will be booking again.

Great location, below average accommodation
The best feature of this property is the convenient location to the beach and to the restaurants downtown. The entire unit is in need of a deep clean and upgrade of uncomfortable, squeaky rattan furniture. The carpets are stained and dingy. The furniture upstairs had broken knobs. The plates and cups were chipped. The tub was not draining in the master bathroom upstairs. I was quite shocked that their was only 1 tv upstairs that was quite small and 1 in the living room downstairs also very small. Then, the parking was good until other guests parked in our reserved spots for 2 days and we could not receive any support from the management company. Overall, I won’t be staying here again. The owners should consider invest in upgrades for the condo for a rental property or significantly reduce the average room rate per night given the less than cleanly, dated guest experience.

We live only 45 min away and go to Folly regularly. However, this time we decided to stay for 3 nights and we couldn’t have had a better time. Location was perfect. Quick easy walks to Center St and to the beach. We will definitely look to stay at this condo again.

Fantastic trip meeting up with son stationed at Charleston Navy Base. House was perfect configuration for our family of 5. Kitchen very well equipped to cook family meals. Home was clean and more roomy than in photos. Smart layout too. Fun restaurants walking distance. Great weather and beautiful beach. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay here! Location was perfect and the condo was beautiful. Close to all the restaurants and bars as well as the beach. If you plan on going to Charleston id recommend renting a car as uber was non exsistant and taxi service needs to be scheduled 24 hours in advance... plus the condo provides a parking space which is perfect. Only negative is Vacasa had some policies that didnt seem to work well with a beach location. The check in time is not till 4pm (no early check in available) so we had to pay for a bag valet service to hold our luggage for the first day as we couldnt bring it on the beach. If you arrive earlier than 4pm and want to get full use of your day to hit the beach I recommend using Bagvalet. Additionally they didnt provide beach chairs or towels... i thought that was a bit odd for a beach rental. We did end up leaving some of our purchased chairs there so hopefully they are usable for future guests. A note to management- the stay was beautiful and clean, some minor changes that lead to larger inconveniences did put a small damper on the level of hospitality for me. Overall, the pros of location and the condo itself being so nice completely outweighed the cons.. Thank you for a great stay, hopefully we will be back soon!
