Hiljattain uusitut ja alkavat loma-asunnot vuonna 2018, tämä "Tranquil Beach Cabin" sijaitsee erinomaisella paikalla vain yli 2 korttelin päässä Centre Streetiltä, jossa on kaikki kaupat ja ravintolat. mutta hiljaisella West Endin alueella! Kaunis koti, vain neljän korttelin, 5-10 minuutin kävelymatka tai 2 minuutin pyöräretkelle merelle. Tämä 3 makuuhuoneen ~ 3 täysi kylpy kotiin nukkuu 8.

Hiljainen Beach Living. Kaunis loma odottaa sinua. Tämä korotettu ranta-koti sijaitsee W: n Intian Avenuen 3. kadun alussa. Nauti seulotusta kuistilta, josta on näkymät varjoisalle takapihalle, jossa on tammia ja kämmenet, joissa on runsaasti ulkokalusteita sekä avokeittiö, jossa on Weber-kaasugrilli. (grillien puhdistaminen on vuokralaisen vastuulla)

Täysin suljettu takapiha tarjoaa täydellisen, turvallisen paikan lapsille leikkimään pois kaikesta rantaliikenteestä.

Täysin varusteltu ja hiljattain remontoitu keittiö on korkealuokkainen, ja siinä on modernisoidut laitteet ja kiinteät kvartsilaskurit. Uusi tankless vedenlämmitin tarjoaa loputtoman kuumaa vettä kaikille. Sisustusta juuri maalattu, puulattiat viimeistelty, uudet sohvat ja ruokailutuolit, kaikki uudet sängyt, joissa on kuluttajaraportteja, ovat huippuluokan king- ja queen-patjat sekä uudet ultra-HD-televisiot kaikissa huoneissa (kaikki tehdään kesällä 2018). Kolmas makuuhuone nukkuu 3, täysi ja kahden hengen kerrossänky.

Great family vacation spot.
The place is spacious and beautiful. The backyard is like a lagoon of your very own. There were no issues, and nothing we would change. You’re a few blocks off of the beach, but it’s an easy walk down 2nd St.

Lovely family house
Our family enjoyed the well-equipped home, particularly the pool. Close to beach and town, a golf cart added convenience. The host company responded quickly to any question. All eight of us- 5 adults, two teens, a nine-year old snd one dog- said this house was a favorite.

Great home with amazing pool!
My family enjoyed this home with the beautiful, private pool last week. There was plenty of room for my husband & me (in our 50's), my in-laws (in their 70's), my 2 grown children (21 & 25 years old) and their friends (21 & 27). The home was clean, had enough furniture and comfortable beds, and the neighborhood was so quiet and laid-back. We cooked there for many meals, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The rental company communicated thoroughly with us before, during and after the trip so that we had enough information and resources for our stay. The screened-in porch was so nice every morning to sit and enjoy our coffee. We spent most of our time in the huge pool, and it was the absolute largest, cleanest and well appointed pool we have rented for 20 years! There were comfortable & sturdy chairs, enough seating for all 8 of us, and enough shade for me, as well as sun for the younger guests. We did ride bikes and drive the rented golf cart to the beach some, but mostly we just enjoyed the pool each day/night. The neighborhood is very nice, and you can walk to Center Street or to the beach easily. We loved this property and we would love to stay here again and again! The only 2 issues we had were very minor: -The ice maker is really slow (but the listing specifically told us to be prepared to purchase bags of ice, so we did buy a lot of ice!) -The previous guests must have used all the propane, so the very first night when we had marinated our chicken to grill, we tried to start the gas grill, only to find it empty. So, we did have to drive to the store to exchange the empty bottle for another. The listing told us to send a receipt for the gas exchange and we would be reimbursed, so it was not too big of a deal. Thank you for everything!

Great house with a beautiful pool! We rented a golf cart which was perfect for beach travel.
This house was perfect for our family. We loved the neighborhood and ease of walking to the small Folly Beach town. I especially loved the kitchen because we ate in most every night and it was very well stocked.

Young Family Vacation
We had a wonderful stay in Folly Beach. Communication with the property manager was exceptionally easy and very well organized. We were able to get into the house early, which was a lovely surprise. The house was very clean and had everything we needed - very well stocked for little ones. We had rented a golf cart - the walk to the beach would have been challenging with 3 under the age of 7 and beach gear in two, though there was a wagon available (we didn't use). The pool was a wonderful bonus and proximity to Center Street was great - a very quick golf cart ride if we needed anything. We found the street quiet and calm with limited traffic, which was great for walking the dog with the kids. The one minor issue was that the hot water was temperamental - we ended up using the downstairs shower instead of the one in the queen bedroom because the upstairs often would not get warm enough. It wasn't an issue for us, but something to be aware of. Not sure if this is a common issue in the area or one unique to this property. Overall, would highly recommend.

Beautiful home with sparkling pool!
The home and property are beautiful with kitchen updates, appealing decor and a perfectly manicured lawn. The backyard is beautiful with a brand new outdoor shower and large, clean swimming pool with plenty of seating. We loved the screened in porch and multiply porches off bedrooms and the location was so perfect for walking to town for shopping and eating. The beach was close enough to walk to and owners provided a great cart to carry beach items as well as four bikes with helmets, which our children enjoyed. Overall, a wonderful place to spend a week!

Quiet Neighborhood and backyard oasis
We rented this house along with our adult children and 6 year old granddaughter. We also travel with two dogs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the fenced backyard with swimming pool was great for our family! We rented a golf cart which made the trek to the beach a lot easier since there is ample golf cart parking at the 3rd Street beach access. There are a lot of stairs at this property, but otherwise it is amazing and the kitchen is fully stocked.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house on FB. The house was well appointed and had just about everything you could need in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pool was the icing on the cake. We also loved how well manicured the yard is. Again, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return next year.

Quiet location in lovely neighborhood
The house is nicely decorated and well appointed. Our favorite was the screened back porch and the beautiful pool area. Our doggy loved rolling in the grass as we played in the pool. The major disappointment was that parts of the home were filthy. The air filters look like they have NEVER been changed, the hood and the kitchen light fixtures were greasy and many of the baseboards were also very dirty.

Perfect location
We enjoyed our stay in Folly Beach. The house was in a perfect location— was walking distance to the beach and to town. We were missing one set of towels and had no blankets for the spare pullout bed, however when we called someone brought them over immediately. The kitchen was set up a little weird with the glasses and silverware in the living room area, however it had everything we needed. The amenities (toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.) were limited, however they were as described in the rental description. I would stay here again because as mentioned the location was perfect!

Great house!
Pet friendly and well laid out. The kitchen was amazing! Beds slept well and neighborhood was nice and quiet. The only negative is lawn care. While the back yard is completely fenced and great for pets and children, it was very over grown and unkempt. Looked like a nice place for snakes...plus there was a lot of poison ivy. Otherwise, this was a great house and I would definitely rent it again.

Very nice property!
My family thoroughly enjoyed this property and overall vacation. My only complaint about this property is my son slept in the downstairs bedroom and woke up every morning with bug bites. He also killed a spider climbing the walls beside the bed late one night. We called to get pest control later in the week but that didn't seem to help.

Relaxing At The Beach
309 W. Indian Ave was a perfect retreat for my family. The house was so comfortable and the kitchen was very well appointed (e.g. wine glasses, both red and white). We had everything we could possible need at our fingertips. The beds were super comfortable and I truly loved having the screened porch and fenced yard for the doggies. The location is only a short walk to the beach but was quiet and peaceful. We had one maintenance issues but called the office and Charlie was quick to resolve the problem. I have to say Sullivan's Island was a great place to walk the dogs (off leash) in the AM. It brings me great joy to watch all of the dogs playing together, swimming and chasing a ball. It was a fun vacation for everyone.

We had a wonderful time at Folly Beach. The house was in a great location and was within walking distance to the beach. This was helpful since our trip fell on the Memorial Day weekend. There were so many people driving onto the island. It was nice not having to find parking. The house itself was furnished very nicely. I think our favorite area was the kitchen, where all six of us could gather and cook without feeling too crowded. Then we could all sit down and eat at the bar. The screened in porch was a nice area to relax as well. We would definitely go back.
