You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Part of a lovely family home on the edge of the Ashdown Forest and Golf Course. Spacious and comfortable open plan kitchen/ dining, with sitting area. 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 double's and 2 singles.

( please note, that in order to access one of the rooms with the double, access through the bedroom with the bunk beds is required).

Garden space is shared, but there are two separate patio area's with table and chairs. Owners will be sometimes in residence next door ( completely separate ) and sometimes there to meet and greet.

Other things to note
This would be the perfect location for just relaxing, and a quiet and peaceful time away with family and friends. (Please note, this is not the ideal place to rent if you are looking for loud entertaining or parties, due to the proximity of the neighbours and the disturbance it would cause to others). Any social entertaining outside would need to be taken inside after 10pm in respect of the neighbours.
