Villa Bice is a delightful detached rustic villa with a private swimming pool located on the hill of Formia with a splendid view of the Gulf of Gaeta. Ideal for those who love to live in tranquillity surrounded by nature and spectacular sea views, to enjoy moments of relaxation with the family and children who love being outdoors.
Completely fenced, with an entrance gate and with a beautiful private garden on various levels.
The villa consists of a main house of about 140 square metres on 2 levels and an annexe with a double bed and WC on a lower floor.
On the ground floor we have a large living room divided into a comfortable living room with sofas and fireplace and a dining area. Two other rooms characterise the original masonry kitchen of the house. Bathroom with shower and toilet. A staircase leads to the first floor where we find 2 double bedrooms and one bedroom with French bed and air conditioning and a bathroom with shower and small bath.
On a lower floor we find the new kitchen area with a beautiful covered patio equipped with a large table and a spectacular sea view. The large 20 x 8 m x max 4.00 m swimming pool is on an even lower level than the house and is equipped with a nice gazebo and sun loungers. Pool area opened from the end of May up to the end of September - weather permitting.
The house is equipped with mosquito nets and a single air conditioner in one bedroom.
Parking space inside the property for 2 cars. Car necessary to move around the area.
