Great Girls Weekend
A perfect place to enjoy downtown/Old Town FoCo! Easy walking to great shops, breweries, restaurants etc. from a quiet, charming older neighborhood. Property owners are easy to work with and very communicative. Yes, we heard them upstairs, but nothing remotely disruptive. If you've ever lived on a lower level, or even stayed in a hotel more than one night, you know those sounds fade into the background rather quickly. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat, and would highly recommend to other travelers.

Staying here is like staying at a friend's place. Hosts have taken extra care to ensure it's clean and well stocked not only with whatever you may need, but also extra touches that make you feel welcome. The location is great! Walking distance to a wide array of restaurants, bars and shopping. We would absolutely look forward to staying here when our travels take us back to Fort Collins...

Perfect retreat!
Great experience. The home has everything you need. It is a walk-in basement apartment but had plenty of windows and natural light, and was very well kept! We could easily walk to Old Town. Easy parking along the street the week we were there. We had two kids (9 and 11) in one bedroom, parents in the other; the kids enjoyed the place too! We hope to visit again!

We had a lovely time at this clean downstairs apartment. If you're a light sleeper, be aware there is some foot traffic noise from the house above. That's our only detractor - the apartment was clean and lovely, there was even a bowl of chocolates for us to enjoy. Thanks so much for the stay, we'd definitely stay again!

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Old Town space! Incredible location within walking distance to downtown coffee shops, stores, and restaurants and also right around the corner from a Target! The space had all of the amenities you could need, from coffee to creamer to olive oil, fans, extra bedding, and more. Even though it is in the lower level of the hosts home, it felt very private and very quiet. A great place to stay when visiting FOCO!

Comfortable Home Away from Home
We needed to come up to Fort Collins for an appointment and decided to make it a short mother-daughter getaway. A clean and comfortable space with lots of room for the two of us to relax. Takeout dinner and some tv time, a quiet place to read, and a comfortable night's sleep. All we needed!
