The unit was clean, and just fine for our use for a couple of days. This is not a high-end rental, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. It's near College Ave with restaurants and more. it was clean.

Great location with all the necessities of home. It is a very comfortable and relaxing location in a quiet neighborhood close to campus and Old Town. Kitchen well stocked, laundry is a nice bonus and the bedroom are good size with comfortable beds.

We had a great stay during our daughter's graduation. Four adults fit nicely in the place. The bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. Living room is spacious and the large dining table is great. It was nice to have the two sinks in the bathroom so more than 1 person could be in there at a time. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was well stocked. Location was great too! Super convenient to old town and the U. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed this rental very much, we were here with our teen kids so having them each have their own bedroom was great! Kitchen was VERY well stocked, we didn't get the chance to use the bikes but there is always next time! Lets talk about the BEDS!! OMG the best sleep I have had in a long time, my kids are still talking about the beds and how they need new mattresses! Being able to sleep better than you do at home is amazing! We enjoyed how close we were to "restaurant row" lol. Beau Jo's is our family must when we go to Colorado! Thank you for a great stay!!!

Very Nice!
Property management was excellent and accessible. Home was nice. We had everything we needed. Loved that there were thermostats in every room to accommodate different preferences. Great location. Our only complaints were that there were no local TV channels, only Roku and Netflix, and the doors in the unit were a little squeaky. Still gave our stay 5 stars. These are minor issues. We would stay here again and would recommend!
