The staff was amazing g but I was burned by the coffee machine on hand very badly it’s a flimzy machine and it spilt over and Burned the top Hand. They should Have offered to pay for Room.

The room was a good size and comfortable, modern and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was that the sound proofing wasn’t great and so we could hear a lot of noise from the room above us but not the rooms adjacent.

Our stay was anything but enjoyable. When we first checked in after 6pm, we noticed a urine smell coming from the bathroom. When we lifted the toilet seat, we found the toilet to be disgustingly dirty. We went down and complained, and they sent someone up to clean it. How could the room not be ready if check in was at 4pm? Then, to go back to our room after dinner, the key card reader for the room was not working. We, again, had to go down to the front desk and request for them to fix it. They had to send someone to charge our card scanner because they did not prepare the room before we arrived. Then, when my partner went to shower, there was no soap in the dispensers, so I, again, had to go down to the front desk and request for our soap to be brought up. Yet another inconvenience. The next day, when we were leaving for lunch, a housekeeper asked if we wanted our room serviced, which we replied yes. When we came back at 3:30 pm, our room had yet to be serviced, and we had to go down again to clean it. We will not be back, and I would like compensation. As a Marriott Bonvoy member, we have grown accustomed to the standard that most Marriott hotels offer, but this one has left a terrible taste in our mouths and has tainted the image.

Beautiful hotel and welcoming staff! Stayed here for the night before a hockey game and it was perfect! Shopping on point, Seasons 52 and other great restaurants within walking distance. I’ll stay here the next time my CO Avs are in town. :)
