Right in the Heart of Hollywood
Perfect home and location for a S Florida getaway. 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, lots of living room and kitchen space. Plus, a nice pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and grill, and private car port. The home was impressively clean and organized and the landscape and pool/spa were well-maintained. The neighborhood is quiet and the home is a great place to unwind after a long day of adventure. This property is only 3 blocks from Artspark, which often hosts community events like movie night or concerts. It’s only a few blocks to downtown Hollywood where there are lots of great eateries, a couple of gelato shops, and some entertainment. Finally, it’s less than 2 miles to the Hollywood boardwalk and beach. The host was very accommodating and touched based occasionally to ensure all was well. I would recommend this property for anyone planning a stay between Ft. Lauderdale and Miami.

Great location + heated pool!
We enjoyed our relaxing stay. The location of the property was great since Young Circle Park, Hollywood Blvd, and even a Walgreens were well within walking distance. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic!

Our lovely “Winter Vacation”
We enjoyed our stay! Very clean and updated. Love the open space with kitchen/living room, made it easy to visit while eating and watching tv. We got to enjoy the swimming pool and hot tub (granddaughter loved the pool area). And has private fencing/locked drive in gate. Perfect location. Francisco was absolutely the best host! Very quickly responds to your questions. I 💯 recommend this place if you are coming to Hollywood for a get away.

Winter Escape
The property was perfect for us and the host was excellent to interact with! House was very clean and spacious and outside dining area was a nice plus. The heated pool and hot tub were fantastic and were pleasurable to use even during days with temps in the low 70s. The host was responsive to every need we had and even allowed us extra time to check out when we encountered travel delays. Overall great experience and would definitely rent again if in the area!!

Lovely little house
This house offered everything it promised. It was perfect for our families stay, was a good jumping off point for sight seeing, and the pool/hot-tub was a welcome distraction. The setting was a little more residential than I was expecting and while it was private you are close to neighbors. I parked on the street instead of using the gated parking area in the rear, and it felt very safe. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. Always responsive and helpful.

Wonderful stay for my family! Loved that we didn’t need to go anywhere to have a great time! The amenities are amazing and everything was in great working condition! We felt safe and Frank replied immediately to any questions or concerns we had! Flights were delayed and he did an amazing job at making it less stressful for my family and I! Relaxing time away
This accommodation was almost perfect for my husband and I, and our 2 adult children to meet up for a warm weather vacation. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor dining area was great for eating, reading or playing cards. The house inside was spotless, the appliances were new and we enjoyed the large screen TV as well. We made use of the tennis courts that were only a short walk away. The neighborhood was nice and the proximity to the beach and grocery store was good. Francisco was very responsive and checked in with us also. Amazing Property

Beautiful property
The house was amazing. It looked brand new and it was an amazing stay. The house had everything you need to have a wonderful vacation without ever having to leave the house. It also is in close vicinity to the beaches and a beautiful beachy town. There are at least 2 cameras in the backyard that make you feel like you are being watched. I'm not saying that we were being watched, but the cameras made it feel less than private. Also one of the main reason I rented this house was the hot tub. There was not a hot tub as stated in the description. It was an extension of the pool and maintained the same temperature as the rest of the pool, not hot by anyways means.. I was under the impression that it was an actual jacuzzi for soaking that heated up to a regular jacuzzi temperature, but it didn't. Also the host checked in with us via phone daily and that is something I am not used to and could of done without. The yard man did show up and attempt to cut the grass while we were enjoying the pool but was understanding and rescheduled his maintenance. All in all it was a great house and a wonderful experience. I hope this helps God bless you all

Fantastic vacation home!
We had a fantastic vacation at this home. Location, Location, Location! Only a few minutes from the beautiful Hollywood beach and amazing restaurants! This home was perfect for our family. It was very clean, and spacious with a fabulous pool and outdoor kitchen area. Frank checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to come back!
