PRIME LOCATION TO THE BEACH
This villa is ideal for LARGE families looking to vacation together.
3 Palms Villa is a 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. It's fully furnished with king beds in 3 of the bedrooms, 2 twin beds in 4th bedroom, 2 dens, full kitchen, air conditioned, 3 flat screen tv’s, free wifi, shared pool w/ other guests in building and only 1 block walk to the beach.
This complex is family friendly complex and doesn't condone parties. Must be OVER 25 to rent ID required!
Want to escape
We have designed each unit to feel like home and ONLY a 5 minute walk to the beach. They come complete w/kitchen, seating area, king beds, flat screen TVs, beach towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Shared areas are laundry room, bbq and pool.
The space
All of our kitchens come complete with silverware, glassware, drip coffeemaker, baking sheets, pots, pans, cooking utensils, sugar, salt, pepper, broom, dust pan, dish soap and sponges. All you need to do is supply your own groceries.

Each unit is professionally sanitized and cleaned by Nice & Clean Housecleaning Services. We follow CDC, Broward County and Florida States “Enhanced Cleaning/Sanitization” protocols.

We are in-between the inter-costal waterway and the Atlantic Ocean on an inlet island…
Because of our location TLC needs to be utilized when flushing or throwing anything down the drains. Part of our local flair are such animals like sugar ants, millipedes, and iguanas. While they pose no danger to humans they can at times be a minor inconvenience.

Great host but property needs to be upgraded
We rented this property for group of 2 families. While bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms were too tiny and definetly needs to be upgraded. We found bathrooms too wornout and cracked with missing caulking in several places around windows & bathtubs. Windows in main area had broken caulking which led to lizards & raoches to easily creep in from outdoors. There was a smell in first bedroom and could need some more deep cleaning. Overall we felt price we paid was very high for the comfort we found in the house as everything was common with other units including Laundry, pool etc. Onsite property managers were very kind and helpful. Thanks to Heather for prompt response to help us get an extra hour fo check out.
