Some of staff are not very nice. When we checked in great staff and very helpful. Said if we need change for laundry they have it. Later that evening staff changed and lady was rude and said no change is given for laundry

Staff was accommodating to upgrade our room when the reserved room wasn’t quite ready at check-in time. Restaurants and shopping were within reasonable walking distance (better than fighting traffic) and the staffed bar at the Cambrias are always a plus.

This property has a home like ambiance. The room was very comfortable and had a lot of space. Majority of the staff was very kinfd and helpful all around. However, two members of the front desk need proper guidance on customer service. Horriible and non caring attitude was experienced. They obviously do not value customers. Extremely rude and unhelpful. The Front Desk Supervisor and another lady are the gems of that property. They turned my misery into magic.
