Worst Staff ever, not worth the hassle!!!!

The room and hotel itself were fine, clean and nice. Very simple. The incompetence of the (only person) at the front desk was beyond anything I have experienced before. When I arrived she was hysterically crying and made for a very uncomfortable arrival. At check in, I was unable to use my business credit card without my boss present. Which was fine, I gave my personal card...which she charged 11 times!!! All for different amounts, which didnt reflect the agreed upon price with hotels.com. She said my bank flagged the transaction as fraud. I called my bank, told them it was not fraud and they cleared it. She then proceeded to charge me 3 more times and said it didnt work and it was a system error. The next morning, I went to the lobby and there was a line of people with the same issue. The woman could not handle this whatsoever, and said my boss had to come to the hotel and show his ID and physically give the credit card. My boss arrived later in the afternoon and had to wait 1.5 hours to finally speak with the woman who was nasty. She took his credit card and ID. The next night, I got back to my room and discovered a note under my door that said they were missing credit card information and to see the front desk. I also noticed they charged ME AGAIN 2 more times!!! And my boss twice. I asked the front desk what was going on and the same woman (who apparently is the only person who works there) what happened and she said my boss only authorized the room for 1 night, not 3.

I arrived at the hotel, they checked me in, at the reception for more than 30 minutes, I am extremely indignant. They made a copy of my credit card.The hotel's website says parking is free, but in reality they charge you $16.

Not value for money

I have stayed at this Hotel previously a few years ago and it was superb. Unfortunately it is looking very tired and needs re-modelling. The Breakfast was very poor fare and servicing of the rooms didn’t happen. The Staff were nice and friendly and were obviously trying their best, especially the lady on the front desk. Really not value for money and $15 per day parking didn’t help.

Checkin was awful. Took close to 15 to 20 minutes because of a staff member not knowing about their system well enough. They continued to charge us an extra 20$ for early checkin even after the long delay of checking us in. “Pool bar” was a joke. People butted a table up to the only spot to get drinks so not very welcoming.

we were on the second floor and the carpet in the hallway is nasty... The ice machine looks like it is leaking and the had a rusty old fan on to try and dry the carpet..Next to the fan was a dehumidifier. The rest of the carpet in the hallway was filthy.and needs to be replaced.
