I never got to stay at the property. The host never responded to any messages or gave check-in instructions. I had to contact customer service.

We didn’t even stay
The property looked nothing like the pictures. It was a completed scam. It was so dirty I couldn’t stay because I have health issues. There were burn marks in the sofa. All appliances were rusty. There were door handles missing in the kitchen cabinets. Bathtub was moldy floors were filthy. It felt like there were probably drug dealers down the hall. We ended up paying for hotels rooms instead. It completely threw us into chaos at the start of our trip. I don’t know how you screen your hosts and properties but this was unacceptable. Now we have to fight with the owner to get our money back and they aren’t responding.

Short stay
We are here for a swim meet, so most of the time we are not at home. But basic necessities are abundant. And She will prepare more than you need. Very easy to check in and check out. The host are easy to communicate with. If she is not with you yet, she will as soonest as she can. Just a bit patient will do.
