Very disappointed
No one told us that the restaurant and bar had burned down. Pool was closed for renovations, we had no where to eat breakfast as we didn’t have a car. Had to order delivery for dinner. The office was in a room. If we would have known this we would’ve found another hotel, as we used all our points. The room was clean though. I think the hotel should’ve gave a heads up!!

It was a horrible experience, when I arrived at the hotel for check-in I learned that my rooms (2, non-smoking) were issued to other customers… the front desk manager attempted to accommodate his mishap with two smoking rooms, however it was unacceptable considering 2 of my 5 family members had chronic illnesses, and would have to be hospitalized if they would have inhaled that smoke odor for an extended period of time. With that said I wasted time, and approximately $80 (USD) in Uber fees, because of this situation. I strongly urge those in the area that are seeking to stay at a hotel to not consider Days inn, Fort Lauderdale, Fl

Sketchy neighborhood, homeless wondering the property, their phone system was out so no working room phones. Restaurant/lobby had burnt down and was just taped off with yellow tape so the “office” was in a room and no food.
