It is more of a dirty apartment building
The staff was very friendly and nice but the building and cleanliness was a zero. It smelled of mold and marijuana. There was blood stain on the pillow case, cockroaches climbing on the a/c unit and dresser broken phone and dresser just over all dirty.

Had a terrible experience staying right from the be beginning, the place smell like trash and the the service is terrible. There was no utensils or anything provided, when we have asked for it , the front desk lady mentioned that they don’t have it ready as she is the only staff there , after we kept calling and asking for it they provided the stuff after 4-5 hours. The oven doesn’t work at all, out of 4 burner only 1 worked and that only can boil the water in 30 minutes so forget about cooking anything else. There are many ppl smoking outside of the property all the time so it feels unsafe, would not recommend this property to anyone.

Place smells moldy. The room had a huge hole in the wall that was badly patched up. The bed was a full size, not king size as described in the description. I couldn’t stay there. Immediately left

We had six people, reviews said it was good…it was not good there was a foul odor and looks like a lot of people live there full time…I would not recommend staying here

I often need a budget stay, so I do roll the dice from time to time. My only real concern is clean linens, so I’m typically ok with some pretty trashy places, but this is a bit much. From cockroaches in the unit to hairs in the blankets and towels. Free Breakfast was diluted coffee, no food. The staff at the front desk had friends hanging with them, making rude and inappropriate comments to guests. Just plain gross.

Seen a roach in the bathroom, bathtub looked dingy I did not want to give my grandchildren baths in it. The water pressure sucked for the shower. No Utensils or cups, plates in kitchen but you could Request. Customer service was slow. Bed I slept in was comfy but the other bed was squeaky and vending machines out of order.

Very clean room and corridors, but no free breakfast as advertised. Staff were friendly and helpful. I left behind a few personal items and they held them for me at no charge. Rooms also are kitchenettes, which can save money for travelers on a tight budget.

The staff was great. However, the first room that we were checked into was already occupied. Not sure how that happens. The second room was tolerable, although not very clean and the bed was not at all comfortable. I hardly got any rest. But again, the staff was fantastic.

They advertised said continental breakfast, but there was absolutely nothing , not even coffee. When ask staff they said “ we don’t have sorry u are staying during a bad week here “ bunch of people smoking inside and outside of their rooms ( when advertising sai “ no smoking “ couldn’t sleep all night cause all the ghetto people staying at hotel ruining and talking loud all night long . Very bad and shower didn’t work , leaking and horrible noise that seems like the plumbing was going to explode

Everything in the room was old and broken. People loitering in the hallways who were obviously living there long term and dozens of children from 1 year old to 11 unsupervised. I left and booked at another hotel after the first night. I also haven’t received a refund from Expedia yet and it’s impossible to get customer service on phone. Lesson learned I guess.
