Toliet stopped up every day while we were there and shower pressure was terrible. Diego's customer service was horrible at the front desk. He was never at the desk at night time, never answered the phone, and gave me a plunger to unclog my own toliet. Granted it was 12am, but he never told me they didnt have 24 hour maintenance. He walked away from me and said he was not unclogging my toliet rudely. He left a bad taste in my family's mouth about this hotel. We will never stay here again! And the manager, tried to downplay his attitude towards guests. Before that, the other staff was nice and pleasant.

Very ordinary.. bathroom wall socket didn’t work. Bed was not comfortable, I think mattress is worn out. Small trash cans were too tiny. The desk chair was intended for a child or midget. Walking on the floor with bare feet, there was a fair amount of small debris on the bottom of my foot
