The staff was amazing. They were all very helpful and personable and that made my stay so much better. I stayed there thanksgiving weekend and it was a bit busy but I have no complaints. The room was clean enough and the breakfast was reasonable.

First time I've ever rated Hampton Inn 'average'. Hallway carpets old and needed vacuuming. Dirty on bottom of doors on first floor. Coffee, which was supposed to be available 24 hours, was cold when we checked in at 5 pm. Front desk staff not the friendliest. Shower door not on right. Bathroom door squeaky. Hair dryer small and cheesy. Bathroom sink faucet too close to edge of bowl. Major drawback was that the alarm clock went off at 6:05 am when we never touched it. A/C wasn't the greatest. Refrigerator not really that cold. Would not stay there again. Poor value!

Great hotel for pre or post cruise. Close to Dania Point shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Complimentary Breakfast had nice selection of options. Front desk staff were all great. We had a 2 bed suite with mini kitchen + sitting area. Price waa alao reasonable.

We were not offered any water upon arrival and I am the Hilton honors number. When I checked out, the gentleman didn’t even say thank you or thank you for staying with us. Nothing like that. I did have an early check-in and they were very gracious about allowing me to check in an hour early And I was directed to help myself to coffee or tea and when I did, the kitchen lady was quite upset because she had just cleaned up and now there are people making tea and coffee. She was not happy.

We stayed here one night prior to embarking on our cruise out of Port Everglades. It was convenient to the airport and to the cruise port. The complementary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel was convenient and our driver was especially friendly and helpful. We did not use the shuttle service to the port Because the fee was $20 per person and it was cheaper and more convenient for us to take an Uber.
