We were very welcomed at the front desk — the receptionist was very friendly very efficient and informative— our room was clean bright and large — but most importantly the shuttle driver was friendly efficient timely and helpful! We definitely appreciated his assistance! A great place to stay for the next days flight !

Stayed here overnight after we disembarked from our cruise. Can’t say enough about this hotel. We were allowed to check in early, even though check in wasn’t until 3 pm. The desk staff couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. This will be our go to hotel before and after our cruise.

Staff was great letting us ck in early. Area is little run down imo. We had 6 am flight, shuttle didnt start til 5am so we ubered. .we were in room 528 and the street noise, racin g, firetrucks etc kept us up ALL night. Be aware if wa t decent night sleep. ( i had nacks silicon ear plugs in too )

My family and I stayed at this property late January 2025. The temperature was below 50 upon arrival and we were told there was no heat available in the building. We were told that maintenance had switched the temperature to cool and could not be switched back. All rooms have to be either hot or cold because of an old a/c system they are utilizing. We were offered blankets and froze through the night. I thought of leaving but our flight came in past midnight and we arrived to the hotel past 2am. The front desk gentleman was less than empathetic, no apologies were offered for the inconvenience. I was told I would have to take the concern to the GM; however in the same breath said I could not have the contact information for the GM. Since I booked through Travelocity, we were told by morning staff there was nothing they could do. Mind you we paid over $200 for one night in this room with no heat. Travelocity offered a $25 coupon and that was the best that could be done. I was a recurring customer to this property; however I will never return after this incident.

Nice one night stay before a flight. The weather was actually cold or I would have given the lovely looking pool a try. Clean, nice staff and very close to the airport. Free parking!!!

The property is very well maintained. The smell on my floor (6th) and walking into the building was very spa like and Zen. I can’t remember the gentleman’s name but he was working the front desk 1/18/25 at 6pm. Young black male that was super great! Very kind and helpful with recommendations for things around. I would stay here again.

Good hotel but unfortunately very noisy

The hotel is very noisy however. Street noise as well as the walls are very thin so you hear your neighbours talking very loudly. It’s unfortunate as most other things were good.
