This place was terrible! There were roaches everywhere—on my bed, in the bathroom, and even on the desk where I was working. I had my room changed three times, but the roaches persisted.

The only thing unique about the property is the uncleanliness, i have never been to a property rhis inclean in all my uears if travelling. The rooms need to be deep cleaned especially the carowt and mattress. I was given a sofa bed and let me tell you there was hardly any sponge on the bed it was moldy and looked like ot had bed bugs or some sort of insects, it was not humane, no one can sleep on it, i would not even put a dog on it to sleep. That need to be dumped. The shower curtain was dirty and old, it has not been changed in ages, inside the shower itself has not been cleaned, the curtains at the window had waht appeared to be blood stains or some sort of stains but they were dirty. The iron board need a cover because it had several markings on it. We could not get it close after using it. I brought my own bedsheets and wash rags and towel because i could not use what they provided.i dont think they take pride in the property, i belive the property should be closed for renovation. Now lets talk about breakfast, firstly that was not breakfast, i dont know what it was, they needed to tell guest that breakfast is first come first serve and they can change the items daily serving the same eggs and salty sausage and burger patties every day is crazy. The staff that was there on the first day had a poor demeanor her face was sad and she was miserable and seem like we were bothering her for asking questions, i dont think she likes her job at all. The pool AWEFUL. DO NOT STAY!!!

The shopping in the area was very good. But the property itself was inadequate, it is cockroach infested and the carpets are filthy, I had to make too many trips to the front desk for supplies, as the front desk staff neglected to make issues known to the housekeeping staff of my needs. The billing system was very confusing and frustrating and while some of the staff was very hospitable, others had a nonchalant attitude. I will never use this property ever again, I am really disappointed in the experience, as I have stayed with hotels under the same name before and the experience was good, but it was never this bad.
