Property is clean . Only thing i didn't like is the attitude of the receptionist. I book my reservation online wirh my boyfriend credit card . Now when i get there she didn't want to except his card for the deposit. The same card i used to book the reservation. He was right there wirh me yet she didn't want to except it. Thanks to rhe security man that was there . Need to train that young woman seems like she dont know her job.

Not a well trained staff team.
Check in was not good, lady on front disk did not know her job. Got call to the front desk at 2:00 am after being a sleep for about 1an hour to check in again because the lady at 3:00 pm who gave us our room key didn't check us in. Lady on night shift sent security to our room and made me come down to the front desk at 2:30 am to register again.

When I arrived, they didn't even say good afternoon to me and the price was raised, it was not the same as the reservation made in advance. All dirty and old.

It was not a great experience. When I got ready for a nice warm shower the hot water wasn't working. When I call the front desk I was told that maintenance was suppose to be working on that room and they shouldn't have booked it. So when I asked if there was another broom I could possibly use for a shower I was told there were no rooms available. So I had to take the coldest shower of my life and needless to say I was not happy about that! Management has yet to call me back regarding the matter.

Overall ok but the rooms need a facelift. Doors are chipped and some repairs done in the hotel are patch up jobs. It’s fine for a one night turnaround stay but I wouldn’t plan a few nights with my girlfriend..The breakfast is very simple which is to be expected.

The disability room was not up to standards, key card frequently did not work. No hand soap in container. Plumbing leaks in disability shower. The staff was nice, but uninformed on doing their jobs. They had old restaurant brochures not delivering . They had had issues using the computer checking in customers and charging drinks purchased at front desk. DEI ??

At 7:45 a.m. this day the shower water was cold. When I washed my hands later after enduring a cold shower around 9:30a.m. the water was finally hot. Not sure what or why but not the experience I expected. Nor is the room, outer appearance, and interior environment what I expect from Wyndham product. We have a saying "slap some lip stick on that pig". That is what this hotel looks like. Will not return and Wyndham has now become suspect when they buy out other brands.

I was on the 4th floor and there was a cigarette smell coming from the hallway. The bedroom had a bad smell, stains on the carpets. There is no pool or living area. Additionally, I had many reservations with Expedia and the host could not get the names, so I lost so much money because the hotel and Expedia do not want to refund those 2 rooms.
