Ive stayed here 4 times. But this year the hotel was in very bad condition. Everything is falling apart. Its dirty and the breakfast is very basic. I just stayed because of the area its very close to Sawgrass and it has IKEA next door. Lots of little shops and restaurants around also. Hope they remodel this hotel soon it really needs it

The hotel is in poor condition. Garbage outside the hotel. Vending machine broken. The elevator works but is in poor condition. The hallways are dirty and the walls are old and ugly and the wallpaper peeling. The sheets on the beds are dirty, the bathroom is in poor condition without paint. The hole place is coming apart

The rooms were clean but around the pool are was not , our side in the front was not clean. Stayed there before but was surprised by how much trash was laying around outside.

Could be better but ok
The hotel is kind of old . There are no employees . Anyway out stay was ok . Sincerly the breakfast is poor . We just used by nite so there were no problem with that.

Only positive was proximity to Hockey Arena. Parking lot had trash and broken windshield glass laying around. Hallway carpet was dirty and smelled. The room was dirty and smelled. The microwave caught fire when we tried to use it. The advertised "breakfast" was uneatable. They had signs all over the room telling you not to take the breakfast to your room. Not sure what they thought you would take.Every time I left the room I had to have my key card reprogrammed due to faulty programmer.

There was trash all around the grounds. A downstairs door does not have a lock so anybody from the public could have entered and gone into the hotel unnoticed. The staff were very nice. The morning breakfast was extremely limited with no fruit and only milk. Nothing else.

The room has mold in the ceiling, paints on the wall were falling apart, the elevator was very old, the manager was not very friendly, parking lot with litter, cleaning is not the strong. If you stay a day on cheap, that ok, but nothing more than that

The carpet was filthy in the lobby. The floors needs to be scrubbed. The Elevators needs scrubbing and polishing. Glass needs cleaning. The bed was terrible. I came home with back aches because i have a spinal issue and those beds are sunken in. Those beds are no longer good to sleep in.

I was checked in to room 415 and the door had problems opening and the A/C wasn’t turning on, I was moved to room 425 and the tv control remote wasn’t working, went to the front desk and the receptionist was giving me attitude and told me he couldn’t move me no more and that he was going to give another control but him 20 mins to do so. In the morning the elevator was out of order. Had to go down the stairs.

This property is in need of renovation. Towels are limited. The bed linen are warn out to say the least . Rust in bathroom and bedroom fixtures. IKEA is next door to get supplies. I would not recommend.

Nick, the person who checked us in was very rude. My child went to take a shower and before adding soap to the cloth, noticed it was dirty. I took the wet cloth to show him, and he accused me of using it. I asked for more towels as there wasn't enough for my family. He walked away and slammed the door. He returned with more towels that were stained and had hair on them. The inspection on the elevator is expired since August. The buttons don't light up when pressing the floor number. Elevators and hallways are old, dirty, and dusty. The rooms are old, furniture is dirty and raggedy. The trash barrels were full, spilling out into the floor. This place is a dump and should be shut down. The place and the people are disgusting. I was very disappointed. I think they might be writing their own reviews. Very dissatisfied customer!
