Alquile 3 dias para mi cunado que llego de NY y realmente no cubrio para nada las espetativas el bano era miniatura el Toullet no funcionaba bien horrible los armarios parecian de los anos 60 - el espacio de la habitacion si estaba amplio pero no muy limpio. El pago por la noche muy caro para lo que ofrecio las sillas de afuera por seguridad estan amarradas al piso y la grama artificial SUCIA - pense que este hotel era bueno pero realmente NO LO RECOMIENDO NI VOLVERE A RESERVAR - SORRY PERO NO NOS GUSTO....

Pros --- Oceanfront as the name says. Nice restaurants on the broad-walk and nice crowd in walkable distance. Cons -- Terrible cleanliness, to start with - 1. The floors are sticky 2. The curtains do not completely cover the windows. So no privacy. 3. The restrooms are bad. 4. There is no hairdryer in the room. 5. Sockets don't work. We had to use just one working plug in the kitchen. If you can afford anything better, please don't book this place.

Rooms are old need updating, toilet paper holder was broken Knob in shower hanging on to a thread. Cabinets woodwork doors old . This being said the location is amazing

Was an awesome stop at the Neptune facility. Happened on it via hotels.com and was pleasantly impressed. The directions couldve been made way more clear on where the front office was located, but that was a minor set back. Nice complimentary breakfast as well. Room and the view were fabulous! Definitely would stay there again.

A place to relax
9/10 I just wanted somewhere quiet that I could sit by the beach, read, & relax. I didn't choose to come to Fl, so I could at least pick where I got to relax at. This is right on the boardwalk, off of the beach, so if they're loud out on the boardwalk, or they're doing work on the beach, you hear it. (Not the hotel's fault, just something to keep in mind.) My issues: the electrical outlet next to the bed didn't work, the floor was covered in a fine layer of sand from the moment I walked in, if not before (& strands of fake green hair from Halloween), & there were still handprints on the headboard from the visitors before me. Otherwise, the room was spotless. No bugs. The shower was great: fantastic water pressure & hot water. The bed was comfortable. I had zero issues with the wifi, & I didn't use the parking.

The area is very nice but the rooms are dirty. Some have been somewhat remodeled. Mine was one of the ones that were supposed to have been remodeled the shower tile was old moldy and dirty. I reported to one of the cleaning ladies that there were reoaches even showed her one I killed, and said she would report it and in the five days I was there no one ever came. The broken refrigerator handle made it very difficult to open the door. There is no dresser or nightstand or anything to be able to put anything away. This hotel is in a great location but needs a lot of restructuring for the area in which it is located. Not worth the money paid for.
