Good location and useful common areas. Checkin on the website said 3pm but wasn’t allowed checkin until 4pm which impacted the rest of the day schedule. The orange bowl is a large event so expect the staff to be prepared for larger crowds and not need to confer with 2 other staff regarding questions from customers. Room also had a strong musty smell.

Great service
Sharatom did an excellent job when it came to accommodating me. I needed a early chrck in and they got me in at 12pm. One thing was the bathroom one of the bars were broken and the shower area had black dots and some water marks. Otherwise the stay was excellent.

Another great stay at the Sheraton Suites. We had some weird noises in the room/bathroom including the sinks making gurgling sounds after running water.
