Love the cleanliness of the entire property. Took a king suite and was great . Breakfast was good . When I checked in the receptionist was not friendly but later on my stay met Antonia and was very helpful and pleasant . The area where the hotel is located is good there is a Publix within a 1 minute walk . Would definitely recommend .

This was a rest trip...eat, sleep, tv..lazy trip. Gave a four because the day after I arrived they upgraded all tvs and thereafter no signals or pixels..had to leave for football😔

The staff could not have been more helpful at all times. All our requests were met promptly. The included breakfast was very adequate. WiFi and internet was patchy even in the room. sometimes good but other times unreliable and slow.This could be improved upon.

We stayed for one night, and the experience was overall satisfactory. However, the hotel could benefit from placing a clearer sign at the front of the building to indicate the reception. Upon arrival, it was dark and raining, and it took us some time to confirm we were in the right place. The room and bathroom were comfortable.

The room was large but it smelled like pets urine and it wasn’t very clean. The hotel in general wasn’t too clean. Main door wasn’t working either (wouldn’t slide open with motion sensor)

We stay at thia property on average 5 times a year but this last minute trip was the worst. The room we got was an upgrade with space because what we booked was “overbooked” but the light fixtures were faulty, the wifi didnt work and no one we spoke to could do anything about it, the block was “non smoking” but i guess someone just said “whatever just fine me” because the pungent smell of marijuana greeted you right off the elevator.
