Terribly disappointed and filthy

Opened the door. And was disgusted!! Didn’t even go in the room. The smell alone took my breath away!! Immediately turned around and returned my key to the front desk and requested a refund

Property was good clean. Only downside was the girl at front desk when we got there. She was not helpful at all. I asked do you have a number for a wheelchair accessible taxis and she just said no. She could have been more helpful.

strangest room ever

worst beggining ecer--no towel-no sheets not evena shower curtain no rings for such p-just crazy land--i had 3 hrs of truck sleep comong down from michigna --saw reviews expectd good things-- wa sos tired--walked into room noticed nothing in room--no sheets,no pillowcaes,craziest thing--no shower curtain--sink are not cleaned. went down got a set of sheets towels,,still--no pillowcases nop shoer curtain--used a sheet for shower curtain--i was so tired-and goin down to gets tiff and have to put on myself--i was toast--so just slept--shower all way to left is hot,correct??umm not her---cnat even get hot shower--was better in morn when i moved handle to mid-way tween h and c==but not hot----nice calm sleep note--outside that it was crap--im givjng 3 stars for fact morning crew was gonna give me free night but i was heading out thatd ay--and couldnt get reimbursed anything cuz i went thru here for booking--i did get 7 hrs of good sleep---

Our stay was very pleasant. First the staff is incredibly professional and really welcoming they are all 10/10 Our room was very clean and had all the amenities promised. Our floor was very quiet with zero disturbances. Overall we were very happy with our stay and actually extended it by a few more days.
